Residence Inn by Marriott Morgantown Medical Center Area

Breakfast was good and management did a good job creatively figuring out how to serve while abiding by Covid safety measures. The room was very clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Loved having a full size fridge.

No complaints.

The location of the property was great. We booked the hotel due to the close proximity of the hospital. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff. Super accommodating. Nice parking lot. Spacious room.

They did not have an USB ports for charging your electronics. Make sure you have your charging block. Also as I was taking a shower I noticed a used wash cloth on top of the shower curtain rod. Probably just and accident but was cringe worthy to say the least.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. The clerk at the front desk was amazing. ( Sorry I don't recall her name)

The dishes in the room were still dirty in the dishwasher. The coffee pot was dirty, and there was no trash bag in the trash can under the sink I was promised 3000 points for my inconvenience but never received any

it’s right by the Medical Center & WVU Mountaineer Stadium, shopping, restaurants….Parking free & convenient. it had a nice patio off the lobby that guests were enjoying. Breakfast was very good.

no complaints. it’s currently being renovated & I was assigned a room that was finished(very nice). I was concerned when I found out it was being renovated, but I wasn’t inconvenienced in any way.

exceptional. quiet. clean. excellent staff who are extremely helpful, thoughtful and kind. i felt very taken care of. and this was probably one of my top three travel experiences within the last few years.

there was nothing I did not enjoy about the property. i have not one negative comment - and I am extremely picky.

Everything else. The room was plenty big for my husband and I, and our 3 kids (2,4,11). The room set up was perfect for the kids to sleep in the living area and us to have a separate room. This was like a mini apartment and was perfect for my daughter to work on her online school work while we attended a medical appointment in town. Also, breakfast was great! I was very pleased with the selection, and with the little additions to the room were very appreciated (a little container of dish soap, a toaster, lots of tissue boxes everywhere). Also lots of trash cans! The whole room set up felt very thoughtful for families. If we ever have to come back to morgantown, this is the only hotel I want to stay in.

The only thing I didn't like was that our room was COLD! The windows don't have a lot of insulation, so we were pretty chilly in our room even with the heat turned up.

Extremely nice staff. We had a suite. It was roomy, the kitchenette was very nice, the furniture and bed were comfortable and it had a very nice shower.

Everything was wonderful. We had no complaints.

The staff were super friendly. It was easy to check in. When we got off the elevator on our floor it smelled very clean. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Our two year old and my husband stayee here while we had a stay at the hospital which was very close less then one minute away. We would stay here again if we needed too.

The elevator button waa broken to come down from the fourth floor but we told someone at the front desk.... It was fixed that evening very quick

When we arrived the staff was very kind. The place is very clean down to the fact that they ran the dishwasher in our room. So clean dishes and coffee pot! The room is huge! The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was kept clean and they have you check into it so my daughter and I had it all to ourselves for about 1 hour. That was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

We like the room size and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower was not cleaned properly. There was someone hair still on the shower wall. We asked for it to be cleaned but it was not. We checked in Friday night and we left on Sunday the hair was still there.
