Comfort Suites Yakima

The customer service was consistent across the board from the front desk, housekeeping, food staff and this was through 3 shifts during my stay. My husband and I were in a accident and had nothing. The generosity of the staff made feel so secure and cleanliness of the room and the accommodations considering my husband fractured his spine was phenomenal. I will never forget this experience. P.s. nobody knew our situation except the night shift that checked us in.

I have nothing to say I think this will be my new choice of hotel no matter where I am.

We stopped over on the way to Mount Rainier. This place was such a lovely surprise! The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable as well as quiet. We enjoyed using the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was good and the lady preparing the breakfast could not have been more delightful.

The only thing we didn't like was the refrigerator which was too noisy and could not be switched off from inside.

We came for state basketball tournament. 2 rooms, beside each other which is what we wanted. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was always kind, especially for such a busy weekend. Used the pool and the gym.

The rooms could have been cleaner and I thought the hotel was closer to the sundome. Overall felt safe and rested though. breakfast could be longer hours 6am - 10am everyday:)

Fanny greeted us with a smile and welcome. She let us know up front that they were experiencing a computer issue. She said it should be cleared up in about 5 minutes. Once the computer was up and running why she emediatly got us our rooms. She also told us about the other accommodations within the hotel. Breakfast the next morning was good the area was clean and neat. Our rooms were fantastic 👏

Tony was great customer service ever! He should get a raise. Very friendly and we got our necessities right away. And we loved the soup of the day . Long trip got welcomed by the yummy soup was the best experience. Thank you for being amazing hotel. Keep up the good work.

Breakfast was great was particularly glad to see biscuits and gravy offered the scrambled eggs were done to perfection. Plenty of choices got my day started off, right

There were three spots on the carpet in my room. It looks like, perhaps the carpets might need attention.

I was greeted by friendly receptionists. The check-in process was efficient. The room was comfortable, clean. The shower had good pressure, and the TV remote control worked. The breakfast was great, and coffee was available in the evening when I returned to my room.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like.

I did like the waffles. I liked we could use the dining area outside of breakfast. Desk clerk was quite pleasant. Everything I saw was clean and well maintained. The area seemed quiet. I like that there were baggage carts.

I had a very hard time figuring out how to---------turn the lights on, I did not care for the hash browns!! That's it!

Very clean and well kept property. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was clean, well stocked and had good variety.

Coffee wasn't the best but decent. Creeking elevator was a little concerning but always got us to the next floor.

24/7 adults in pool. Breakfast staff was wonderful. Front desk was also very helpful.

The couch was wet and musty but the staff gave us another room no problems. More the last occupant than the hotel.
