All personnel, all shifts, friendly and accommodating,, room & hallways clean and well lit, quiet at sleep time, morning breakfast was far more than expected. Dining area well kept, clean, nicely supervised by helpful staff member, food well presented and very good variety Over all we were very impressed. with our stay here.

Slight delay at check in after being told we could check in at 3 pm, arrived at 2:40 and were told could not check in until 4 pm. Registration clerk contacted the manager and we were checked in 15 minutes later. Nice recovery.

The breakfast has a homemade taste and feel to it . Real scrambled eggs, real sausage, and diced fried potatoes! The hotel location is great for easy access to the road to Mission Ridge. The room was updated, clean, and fresh smelling.

I needed to go get a second blanket for the bed, perhaps keep one in the closet?

A fair price for a nice room. The pool was pretty shallow but the breakfast was good and we generally liked everything about the facility. It's not really close to any restaurants and that's why I gave it a nine

the free breakfast didn't do it for us. need actual creamer for the coffee, not coffee-mate,etc. yogurt machine was out. granola topping looked sketchy. no hard boiled eggs. Ate offsite.

Clean, good accommodations conveniently located on the main street. Pleasant staff.

Would recommend a room on the third floor. Our second floor room was noisy on all sides especially from below because we were directly over the pool and it got a bit rowdy shortly before it closed.

Continental breakfast was good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect and met our expectations. Exercise room was clean and well stocked with various equipment. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Felt safe in the area we were located and with the security of the hotel.

Due to many guests not wearing masks made me slightly uncomfortable due to having a compromised immune system, but, the onus is on me to protected myself as necessary. Staff offered masks to those who didn't have them but obviously they were turned down.

Room was clean and comfortable and equipped as expected, requested a late checkout due to meeting schedule and was granted a 12:30pm checkout.

Location was convenient and safe. Room was clean. Breakfast was an actual continental style, not just bagged pastries! Loved it.

It's the second best western branded hotel on the road coming into Wenatchee and I went to the wrong one first. It's not really their problem with the branding distinction though.

Loved the breakfast there was a lot of variety and the location was great it was close to a lot of restaurants and different kinds of stores. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed help.

The only thing that I didn't like is that the swimming pool and hot tub area were under construction. My kids were looking forward to that, but enjoyed the stay and food.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They went the extra mile to meet all of my accommodations. The front desk staff were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered at a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.

I can't think of thing that the staff could have done better. There were very professional and knowledgeable.
