room was very clean, beds were comfy, large tv, great location close to many restaurants and a Win co

wasn't pleased with front staff as they charged my credit card that i just used to hold the room the full amount before we arrived even though i ticked off the box that says "pay when i get to hotel" i told them i didn't want to use that card to pay so that turned into a huge ordeal, the second day our room key didn't work so i had to go to front desk to get it recoded and was pretty much accused of smoking in our room because someone smelled smoke in the hallway, told her i've never smoked a day in my life and she kinda rolled her eyes at me...not cool you guys

Carlos and Shay are amazing. I checked in late at night and some things went a bit sideways, but Shay caught it before I said a word and fixed the accounting issue. All I had to do was thank her. Thank you smart lady! Carlos is engaging and fun while maintaining professionalism. He did well making sure I stayed happy and taken care of during my stay. I a simply grateful for their kindness and hospitality.

Maybe invest in real plants to keep positive vibes going with staff and guests. It gets dreary in Tacoma and live things are good for humans. Grass inside is fun idea, just sayin', doesn't have to be complicated 😎

Thé website had said that the pool & laundry room were closed. Happily, both were open. Beds comfy, fridge & microwave well used by me, and bagged breakfast helpful, especially in icy weather w/dangerous roads. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants across the street, if desired.

TV got good reception, although I am not a super-fan of Dish cable, as I miss a lot of my local channels and favorite cable choices. Definitely a First-World problem, though, in view of other serious world issues!

The music in the lobby. and the staff was amazing. I would go back just for the staff. Anything you need they’re right on it. Plus I felt safe knowing they had security.

I didn’t like the people sitting in the hallways getting drunk. I thought that was awful considering my children were with me. I didn’t like that the hot tub didn’t work but there was no note and it was dirty. However the staff came right in and cleaned it.

The facility was in transition the area is not that great but honestly the staff made up for the transition part and they were very friendly

The area is rough and I know they struggle to keep homeless away so it's a sign of the times but I would stay here again it's awful in here

Clean and quiet check in clerk very professional. I asked for a clothes rack and one was put together, brought to the room. Room was large, lots of towels and pillows.

The breakfast should be properly advertised as a to go bag. And pculd be much better - they ran put of supplies so all they had was an orange juice cup and liw.quality blueberry muffin. Also re stafging: for a hotel of this size, newd a manager on site. When the front desk clerk tried to print out my receipt at checkout, she couldnt because it told her to collect $50 cash deposit fee from me. She didn't understand they would not have ckecked me in without it, and i told her had wmail that i wad fully charged. She called a manager who said they would take care of it.

Pool is open this time i stayed. Breakfast is still grab and go but there is an amazing place just across the street. The hotel has gone under renovations recently and it's appreciated! Bed comfy and rooms are nice and updated. No closet and bathrooms are small but I'm here to sleep only so it's not an issue

The shower has low pressure. When you pull the knob on the bath spigot it only half stops. So it's only half pressure coming out for shower. Will report to front desk at check out.

Friendly and professional staff. They even accommodated my reservation - I had changed it to 2 days through Booking.com, but they still had me for one day. Called me and I explained, all was good. Very spacious and clean room. The rooms had recently been renovated, the sink area was contemporary stylish. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Cutains closed so not disturbed by lights at night.Pretty quiet, there was the traffic outside as they are near I-5 and shopping strips but I just used ear plugs. I also run a cool fan at night so had the white noise. Convienent to the highways so able to get to downtown Tacoma in about 10 mins. If you were staying here for longer plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby if you just wanted to hang out for the day.

There was no place to hang up your clothes, not even a hook on the door. Only a couple of cubbies on the bottom of the long desk under the tv. Also, good size TV but the remote was not the one that came with the set, was a very basic generic one that did not have a menu button so you had to click through the channels. And the level of the reception was low, was for a smaller analog TV, you even saw the word analog when you went through the channels.

Great bed, fine amenities, glad pool and laundry were available. Helpful staff. Bagged breakfast supplies were low toward end of stay, probably due to weather related supply chain issues. This was a continuation of an earlier reservation, so it obviously worked well for me.

Dish cable lacked many of my favorite local and cable options, but that’s a fairly trivial problem.

They accommodated pets. They had a dedicated dog area, and provided pet waste bags. The beds were very comfortable. Slept well. The room had a bathtub. The pool is open late. And was a very good size. Lots of parking.

The carpet appeared a little dirty with some spot stains. Not enough towels for three people by default. Ambient highway noise, but didn't prevent sleeping. The television channels weren't in HD.
