Really appreciated the bonus room, the place was clean and comfortable, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. I liked that there was a pool and excercise room. Very nice!

The hotel desk person may have been busy, but didn’t even smile back at me when I smiled at her before we left.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. She got us a room immediately and they even had a manager appreciation event going on that said drinks included come on in! It was so welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with tons of options. Everything was spotless in our room. Beds and sheets were so comfortable. Pool was so clean. Gym was amazing.

The one and only downfall was just the chlorine or something in the pool room that our eyes were burning so badly for quite awhile. Like chopping onions burning! The kids weren’t phased by it but us adults and another guest had to leave and stand outside.

The food was fresh, hot/cold as appropriate. It was easy to converse with other guests. Staff were so friendly and always ready to help. Housekeeping gave us the support we requested, and left us alone when asked.

Well. The toilet was problematic. It was low to the ground, and as seniors a bit difficult to get up. The water level in the bowel was so high that my husband's hand got wet when using tp.

The refrigerator and microwave were very handy. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great and the attentiveness by the staff to keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked was great. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids. We will definitely be coming back.

We were in room 212 and our coffee machine didn't work. I let the front desk know that someone was getting high on our floor. Her response was that they really couldn't do anything because she couldn't go room by room. I asked her "Isn't the hotel non-smoking?" She asked what floor it was again and said "she'd look into it"...

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We were in Spokane for a family emergency. The staff went out of their way for us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was clean, the pool area was clean. It was wonderful, I will stay here again

Everything was beyond exceptional

The staff was very respectful. The rooms where clean & the beds where comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. The swimming pool wasn't freezing it was perfect temperature.

The OJ & apple juice was watered-down. The toilets did flush so well. The hot tub was out of order.

The breakfast was good, the staff was polite, and the hotel was clean. The location was good and close to the interstate with plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The parking lot was well lit. Everything in the room was in clean and operating condition.

There were several sanitizer dispensers that were empty in the high-traffic areas, mainly right by the elevator. The doors are extremely loud when closing due to the heavy spring in them. I complained about noisy neighbors who were yelling in the middle of the night, however, the noise issue did not get resolved.

It was conveniently located to the events we attended. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and clean.

Other guests were very noisy and didn't seem to be aware there were others staying at the motel. It was challenging to find staff to help with small needs. For example: extra blankets, more coffee pods for the room

Great breakfast, amazing housekeeping staff, and cleanliness of hotel.

The pools chlorine was very strong and no ventilation in pool area and no fan in bathroom in our room.

The facility was clean and the breakfast was good. I requested the top floor room because the last stay at this location the lower floors had young people running up and down the halls late into the night.

The pool and hot tub was over run by young unaccompanied children making the hot tub totally un useable.
