Our room was very comfortable. All of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were also very friendly. The airport was directly across from the hotel and we booked because we had a very early flight. It is possible to walk to the airport but it was quite cold and our bags were heavy so we opted to use their shuttle. One note - while the walk to the airport is not far, the lighting around the sidewalk is not great, which is another reason we opted for the shuttle. I'm sure it's not the hotel's responsibility for the lighting there, but the airport or city officials should consider improving the situation.

We were at the end of our trip and wanted to be close to the airport and we could not have been much closer. The desk staff was absolutely wonderful - efficient and VERY personable. Shuttle service as prompt. We had three rooms and they were all very clean. Several of our group had wanted to stay in our VRBO one more night and go in to the airport in the morning. I was adamant that we would not do that since our flight was very early. I am so glad that I did that. First of all, the hotel was very convenient and secondly, even though we left the hotel two hours before our flight and were there in less than five minutes, we made our flight by the skin of our teeth. For that reason alone, I give this hotel 10 stars.

It is not that I did not like it - I just felt bad. Someone had left the shower head tilted toward the outside. I did not notice that. I started water running in the tub and when it was the correct temperature, I hit the shower button - which came right out at me and the floor. I felt bad that I left wet towels from cleaning it up and then I figured if that was the biggest problem I had, I was a lucky woman. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the SeaTac area.

my daughters boy friend had to leave his car for 2 weeks. when I asked the price to park the car there and was told $30.00 a night. Im sorry, maybe most people have no problem paying that but at 69 years of age i find that to be extremly over priced. When I asked about how secure it was I was told they have cameras and a security officer. I am a security officer a nd cameras dont stop people from stealing and most security guards arent worth there weight in saw dust. for $30.00 and hour my car should be in a enclosed lot with only 1 entry/exit point with a camera system that can alarm the security officer if anyone is in that yard. my daughters boy friend found a place for 1/3 the price just down the road from your hotel.

Overall the building and entry is very nice. Outside back was beautiful and refreshing. Room was nice with updated outlets for usb. Room had everything we needed and beds were comfy. Nice to have a great hotel nearby the airport.

On arrival the front desk lady finished helping a lady in front if us then when done abruptly asked me in an angry tone If she could help me. I was set back for a moment and asked her if she was upset? She said sorry she hadn't gotten but 2hrs sleep. I thought in my head maybe the previous lady made things hard on her and I was very nice to her and she changed her demeanor and was very nice. I know life throws us curves,but in the hotel line of business the employees should never take out thier frustration on customers. It changed our mood from vacation mode to nervous and skeptical about our environment. The clerk should have took a moment away from the desk and regrouped herself. I would say it may not be good career for her if she let's people get to her.

I had erroneously booked 2 rooms for the same night, and the staff spoke to management, who agreed to not charge me for the second room. I was very happy with this outcome and am grateful to the staff and hotel. Thank you. Plus, I love being able to walk to and from the airport. I had a glass of wine at the bar, and the bartender was very friendly and efficient.

Clean and close to the airport. Nice sized room. Staff in the bar/restaurant was exceptionally nice. Ample parking if needed. Transportation in the courtesy van was quick.

The young man at the front desk should not have been there. We asked for a shuttle to return to the hotel after dropping off our rental car and he did not give us a number to call or where to wait. The driver was terrific as he hunted for us while we were waiting in the wrong spot. Be aware that the van had no grab bars and is difficult to get in and out of if you are older or have any disabilities.

nobody was at front desk when we got there other guest were waiting and finally two front desk people come out of back and acted like we all were inconveniencing them. when check out in morning I said I wanted to check out and I handed key to front desk lady I stood there for a few minutes and she said do you need something I said yes to check out she said oh I’ll do it when I get around to it . hmmm

Bedding was delightfully soft. Mattress was wonderful. Enough pillows. Shower was excellent and so clean. Refrigerator and microwave were both very useful for us as the restaurant was closed for our late arrival. Was happy there was a bag of black tea and some sugar. We took the shuttle to the airport because it was dark and although we knew the hotel was walking distance, we did not know in which direction. In the morning, we walked back to the airport.

I should have packed a shower cap. :-( It was a long wait for the shuttle to come at 9 pm. We probably waited 20 minutes. The walk back to the airport in the morning was much quicker, although it was a frigid March morning.

I loved the aesthetics of the hotel. Modern, clean and functional. Furnishings looked new and had no issues. Staff was polite and helpful but transport could have been nicer.

I did not like the non professional manner of the valet answered the phone. It was enough that I had been traveling through a red eye but each time I had to call for courtesy shuttle service I dreaded it.
