Redmond Inn

We loved the many amenities available, including a second sink separate from the bathroom and a large countertop to put our things. The receptionist was full of energy and showed us great hospitality despite it being late in the evening (10pm check-in). It's a total trip-wrecker when you disembark after a long drive and your host is in a bad mood, but in this case her bubbliness rubbed off on us and set the tone for a good night's rest.

Not a deal-breaker in any way nor would it warrant a deduction in rating but since you asked, the beds were noisy (squeaky with little movement) and there was only one tiny garbage bin. This singular rubbish bin was located in the bathroom, so it was a bit of a hassle to have to walk around the partition to throw something away. The continental breakfast had mostly processed foods, such as cereal, bagels, and pastries. There were 3 wafflemakers, but only one was working, so the 9 of us getting breakfast had to wait quite a bit to get some hot food. I wish there were some scrambled eggs and some type of protein like sausages or bacon as every other hotel with a continental breakfast I've been to have always had those. Perhaps it's to encourage you to use their restaurant.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We were attending a concert at Marymoor Park and this hotel is walking distance, as were two brewpubs. Nothing too fancy, but it was good and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again if attending a concert. Bonus: there is a local pancake house next door and it hit the spot for a 'day after' meal.

No complaints, I booked the place because of its location, not because I wanted luxury accommodations. The proximity to the highway is actually convenient, but it's not really appealing to look at, but that's the trade off for the accessibility.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the room was very quiet. I didn't hear any noise from outside the room.

The usb ports in the lamps were removed. The only usb outlet I could find was on the back of the tv. Also, the breakfast was very minimal. Usually a place that has a breakfast room includes foods such as eggs, sausage, etc. The only hot item they had was waffles, which you had to make yourself.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was very quiet. It seems the planners of the hotel put extra care--and money--into good windows and solid walls between the rooms. There was a large family across the hall that included a couple of small children, including a very little one with high squeals of excitement. We heard them only twice, once when we met them in the hall on the way in, once as they were leaving the next morning. When we were all in our rooms with the doors closed all we heard was quiet.

At checkout the receptionist refused, at first, to give me a paper receipt. When I asked again and said "If you would just print it out anyway, I would appreciated it very much" She grumbled and said "Please" I thought this highly inappropriate as I had mad a very polite request even if it didn't contain the exact word please that she seemed to want. She really should have complied without complaint at my first request, which actually did contain the word please.

Location, breakfast, free parking, good wifi. Free flow of coffee. Helpful and responsive staff.

Some nice services available before is no longer provided. Biscuits, fruits at the checkin counter. Bicycles no longer available. Shuttle to surrounding areas no longer available.

I liked everything in the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Every day, the room was cleaned, towels were changed, and the necessary hygiene items were added. The room included a TV, microwave, refrigerator, good coffee maker. Not a bad breakfast was provided. There was a drinks machine on the floor. It was also possible to always make coffee or cocoa, tea on the ground floor in the lobby. The staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money, will definitely come back here again

My check-in was a breeze, and I was able to leave my backpack in my room instead of having to haul it to the concert my friend and I were attending at nearby Marymoor park. Then it was so handy to be able to simply walk back to this very nice hotel afterward, and not have to find transportation home to Seattle. The room was not only clean, comfortable and attractive, but had a great self-service coffee and tea station. It was also roomy and light in there, easy to move around and get comfortable. I would and will recommend it to friends spending the day at Marymoor as a way to avoid time constraint and having to drive back the same day. Also, very nice that there's a free breakfast bar!

I always end up wishing for less-firm beds, but I think I'm in the minority with that opinion!

air conditioning was irregular, sometimes lots of cold wind blowing, then shut off and long delay to come back on. Offer 2 or 3 flavors of yogurt and jam instead of just 1.

Great big room comfortable king bed was great. Reception staff were great even offered which level I would like. Would definitely stay there again, but from Australia 🇦🇺 and probably won't be in the USA again. Keep up the good work, Redmond 👏

The bathroom was a little small, but hey, u don't sleep in the bathroom.

We've stayed before and this visit went as smoothly as the last. Rooms seem larger in the main building where we were this time, breakfast was fine, coffee on tap at reception, plenty of local shops to meet other needs. Good access. Staff very kind.

Unexpectedly chilly whilst we were there, but a request for extra blankets was met immediately, so do ask if you feel the cold.
