Linderhof Inn

Our stay at the Linderhof was great! And I'm not only talking about the location which is literally a 4-min walk from the main row of shops and restaurants. Parking is free, rooms are clean and comfortable (they looked dated online so I was nervous, but no complaints here) and the service was wonderful! We were checked in by Emily who was so sweet and kind. I had made a few requests as I was traveling with my baby and upon arrival, a crib was already in the room (Thank you!!) and Emily had a large hot water pot ready to go to heat up baby's milk. She was so accommodating, helpful and hospitable. Breakfast is pretty basic but as there's not much open prior to 11am in town, it does the job. And when traveling with a baby, nothing beats the convenience of an included breakfast at the hotel. They allow you to make selections for a beverage, entree and cereal and the portions were adequate to hold us over until a late lunch. Plus, they serve Fonté coffee in the lobby which is awesome! I was sad Emily wasn't there on our checkout day, but instead I got to meet Carol, another gem! She accommodated a late checkout for us due to baby's nap and was so kind in every interaction! I did make my requests for room items and late checkout through Booking.com and I either received a response via email or directly when I saw Emily or Carol. It didn't take days for a response and it was nice to see that they were so on top of it! Thank you for making my first trip to Leavenworth a wonderful one! Will definitely be back!!!

Clean room, great shower and very comfortable beds. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had a great assortment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Leavenworth.

Unfortunately as the air conditioner duct was situated outside of our room it brought in the smoky air from outside so we had to turn it off. This caused the air to be stuffy and smell of smoke inside our room all night.

I liked how close it was to everything! We could walk downtown and back very easily. It also was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The jetted bath tub was also great after a cold day!

Our room (108) shared a wall with the ice machine and the buzzing was a bit annoying.

a few details for room 206: 1)toilet seat not secured 2)front panel on temp control center fell off on first adjustment 3) and MOST egregiously, the security lock on the door did not function (stuck?) the good news: room location so private, no security worries.

The inn is an ordinary motel dressed up as a Bavarian inn. That may sound bad, but I do NOT mean it that way. The dress up is done really, really well. The place is really cute. It is very close to the really cute Bavarian center of the town. You can walk there in just a few minutes. The actual room had some nice Bavarian touches to do, such as the way the bathroom door was done, and the decorations in the bathroom. The reception center is also really nice too. My only complaint, and I am not sure if it is a fair complaint, is that I paid full price for this motel when, if I had paid for it at the last minute, I would have paid 20% less. That is why I give 4 stars for value. But would I stay there again? Or suggest others stay there? Absolutely. The staff was also very nice too. Finally, if you ever been to Solvang California and think this may be like Solvang, the answer is both yes and no. Solvvang is a Danish themed town. Leavenworth is Bavarian themed. Leavenworth is done FAR FAR BETTER than Solvang. I really didn't expect Leavenworth to be that different. It is. It is so much better than Solvang. The center of the town has a really well done Bavarian themed place. Yeah, Solve does it Danish. Leavenworth does it Bavarian. Leavenworth does it better. I've been to Germany and Bavaria multiple times. I really felt like I was there. Would help if they changed the town name to something like Munich or something really German sounding. Leavenworth? Really? Oh, I want my daughter and her German husband to visit Leavenworth, Washington someday, along with their German speaking children. It would be great to see a photo of them visiting Bavaria in the Pacific Northwest. Hey, they could stay at the Linderhof! Nice place.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean (aside from maybe the old carpets) and fully stocked with toiletries and coffee. The location is excellent - a crosswalk right out front takes you across the main street and into the main downtown area. Breakfast in the morning included hot options, as well as the classic continental selection. You also have free mini golfing, as well as a pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this place for the value of everything you get! We will definitely be back!

Parking included in price. Final price was lower than booking. Requested early check in and checked in at 3:00 instead of 4:00PM. Good continental breakfast, friendly staff. Free Putt-Putt across the street was cool. Great location. 1 block to where you want to be in Leavenworth. A/C worked great. Room #203 has nice balcony with chairs in front of the room. We stayed mid-week so it was quiet too.

Room was a little small with 2 queen beds but worked for what we needed. Pool is very small, but were were not there for the pool.

lovely welcome from the gorgeous staff at this hotel. room was perfect for our family of 4 - a bedroom on an upper level, a super comfortable Murphy bed and another comfortable sofa bed. extra bedding too if needed. (A duvet on the main bed). There are 2 bathrooms. A toilet downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs, with a great shower. There is a air conditioning which is perfect for the whole area. A small kitchen with a coffee machine and also a cooker. Plenty of room in a fridge/freezer. They provide a basket of towels for the pool. The breakfast was simple and delicious. It is served in the reception, but you could take it up to tables on the balcony or back to your room. Parking is spars and expensive in Leavenworth. The fact you can park close to the hotel is a big bonus! Location is exceptional.

Paper plates at breakfast aren’t great. Also no coffee cups in the rooms. You can ask for paper cups. These issues are minor verses the multiple advantages of staying at the Linderhof.

The staff is far and above any other hotel I've ever stayed at. It was my anniversary weekend and they treated us so well that I will always book here in the future. From sending us 2 small bottles of cider with wine glasses to celebrate our anniversary to me calling at 10pm the night we left to see if they could find my gift to her that was left behind in the room. The pool is small but perfect size for just a couple people. Full kitchen, 2 baths and room for 6 people if needed. AC worked great and breakfast was simple and not too extravagant...just right. The best part is the location...right across the street from the beginning of Front street. We can walk to everything!

The only thing I could say negatively would be the beds. Very 'bouncy' and out dated.

Friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable, modern, close to everything, GREAT A/C and with all the needed amenities. Outside patio to enjoy our breakfast. We will stay again for sure and we highly recommend this Inn.

A VERY minor issue, but the door leading from the breakfast lobby to the outside was difficult to open with full hands. Maybe add a foot bar. The bathroom fan was hard to control. Time and heat setting wise. It kept turning on and off blowing out hot air. Not a huge issue except it was 90°+ during our stay. But again, the A/C was amazing.
