Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett

Our room was apparently adjacent to the elevator electrical works shaft and we heard elevators whirring up and down all night. We now know to ask to avoid this in the future. It was Xmas Eve, which means limited staff, which we get, but our room was only stocked with decaf coffee supplies, no cream, and the guest supply room on our floor was out of just about everything we hoped for or needed - including caffeinated coffee. We adored the staff and bar/restaurant attendants - it just seemed as if, even though it was a holiday, the basic needs provided for self-service should have been covered. We didn't get a discount on our room due to limited staff - didn't know until we were there that there would be no room service or housekeeping. We'll go there again, but will ask questions first

I liked the hotel for its cleanliness. The hotel looks beautiful both from the outside and inside. I really enjoyed the breakfasts; I haven't had such delicious sausages in a long time! The waiters are very friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the jacuzzi still doesn't work. I got the impression that no one is in a hurry to fix it. I read old reviews about it and thought that when I come, the jacuzzi will already be working.

My family loved the king-sized suite and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was immaculate.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't open we booked the hotel to get away but also so my son could enjoy the water. Originally I called a staff member to book the room and I inquired about the pool; they said it was open. Because the Marriot wasn't offering a good price for the hotel room I wanted I booked through bookit; which was substantially cheaper.

We were in a room on the Highway side and the highway noise bothered me as I was trying to sleep. The hotel reserved the entire amount of the room booking but I had already paid on Booking! The clerk was newly hired, though.

Room very comfortable. Bar staff friendly

No kettle in the room to make tea. Not everyone likes coffee in a morning. As previous experience in Delta hotels you have to get up and go downstairs to get hot water

I was very impressed with the facilities especially the room. The room was the nicest I have seen. They were big and the furniture was modern along with the decor. Considering the reasonable price per night your hotel gets a “5” star from me.

The customer service and esp the dinning room breakfast staff (Sun 07/03)were great.

The unclean part was the drink machine next to the microwave was dirty and dusty on top. Also the microwave was filthy and dirty. Would have been great if there's any wet wipes and something to clean with.

The rooms are very nice - the beds are extremely comfortable! The entire hotel was very clean. I like that there is a restaurant on site.

Which there was breakfast or a least some better breakfast options. Bagels and yogurt just don’t cut it for everyone. Also - the TV options are not very good. Very few channel options other than sports channels, which not everyone likes to watch. You tube is an option but I can watch that on my phone so it’s pointless.

my room was not cleaned, no fresh towels, no restocking of coffee, on the day after my arrival. I came back that evening and no one housekeeping had been done.

BEAUTIFUL hotel!! Looks pretty luxurious. The beds are sooo comfortable. The shower was dreamy! The staff was very helpful and professional. It was definitely underpriced.

There's really nothing to do from a walking distance. No restaurants close by so the options for lunch is limited since the restaurant only open at 5pm. The pool is really cold, witch is great if you're actually swimming for a workout, but not so great with kids.
