The fabric store in downtown was wonderful, they have over 10K bolts of fabric. The pool and hot tub was fun for the kids. They had some pool toys for the kids to play with. The elevator was quick. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. It was close to lots of things to do. We loved going to mt st. helens which was only 70 minutes from the hotel. Parking and location was great

One trip down to the pool there were only 2 towels for the 4 of us. At breakfast it was slow to get some of the food out like the bacon and the eggs were not good. Our phone in our room didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk. I thought I had booked a double queen but ended up with a king with a pull out. Not too comfy for 2 adults and 3 kids

I stayed for the weekend as we were celebration my daughter in laws celebration of life. There was a huge high school athletic event so the pool / hot tub were very noisy. When I got back I asked if I could get in a little late when it was quiet, they staff was so wonderful and allowed me to enjoy a few minutes of quiet after a long and emotional day. Thank you so much. The breakfast was also amazing. I will continue to recommend this hotel in Chehalis.

I had to park in the back, but it was near the door, so it wasn't so bad.

We were in Chehalis for an appointment, so the location was perfect. We were able to take a nice walk from the hotel to the very cute historic area. The room was spacious; we were able to make dinner in the microwave with lots of room. The staff was wonderful--very easy check in & very helpful.

The jets in the spa did not work, the shower leaked, the toilet was hard to flush and the lights in the room were dim. I repeatedly cancelled my room key by putting it next to my phone..

The room was welcoming, clean, and just the right size. My service dog and I were welcomed by the staff. Your amenities are great. I didn't get the hottub experience, but I'm sure it is fantastic! I'd stay again if I could arrange for a room that is less expensive.

Just the price. It's a lot for the area.

Location to i5 and Highway 6, reasonably priced and enough selection for breakfast to suit a fussy eater! Free convenient parking.

Room was a little dark - i.e not bright and airy compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations, that said it was fine for a 1 night stop over.

The staff was great, the breakfast was pretty good and location was really convenient. Additionally the room was clean and comfortable as well.

the hallway to our room smelled like BO, not a big deal, but slightly off putting stepping off the elevator

The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of items to choose from. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The room was also nice and clean and very comfortable. It was a quiet room as well. We enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing we didn't like during our stay.

We liked how clean the hotel was kept with plenty of hand sanitizer available throughout the hotel. We were happy that the pool/hot tub was open & the pool was set at a cozy warm temp which is hard to find! We also enjoyed a nice hot breakfast both mornings of our stay.

My only complaint was the room next to us had their TV turned up full blast so we had trouble falling asleep due to the loud neighbors. Other then that our stay was very pleasant & we will be back again.

The continental breakfast was a great convenience. Staff made sure everything was clean and safe. I ESPECIALLY liked the choices of soft and firm pillows in the rooms. No other place I’ve stayed at offered such a thoughtful perk.

The room was quite small.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quiet even though we knew several other kids were in town for tournaments running the halls. The beds were comfy. We didn't eat breakfast but enjoyed a spacious mini fridge and microwave!

My smaller children couldn't enjoy the pool. It was chaos in there!
