1) we loved KAYLA the night receptionist... She was very friendly and inviting. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and we can count on 1 hand the friendliest people and she is one of them!!! 2) the hotel is immaculate... Clean and well kept.... 3) the location for our trip was perfection!!! 4) SOOOOO COMFY BEDS 5) the pool hours were good for our kids due to later check ins. 6) BREAKFAST.... Was great... Good choices... Sausage gravy and biscuits🤤... And 24 hr coffee..... Was a great addition to sitting outside on the bench watching the moon..

Nothing... There was nothing to dislike.

all of the staff was friendly, kind, and so sweet. we even sat out front before we left and spoke to a few of the employees and it was like we knew them forever (someone forgot their luggage so that’s why they came out front) every single person we interacted with was kind and everything was so clean and nice. the pool was awesome, the room was beautiful and pretty clean. the breakfast was delicious and all the staff worked together as a team. I actually use to work in hospitality and I will say I felt bad for the employees the way people treated and left the breakfast area was a shame. whoever works in that area I feel for because breakfast every day we were there was CRAZY and the employees handled it and took care of whatever they needed to and all worked together when things got a little hard. I truly want to say the EMPLOYEES who work there are what makes this place I think this is the first hotel I have been to where everyone was so kind, funny, and friendly.

I felt the bathroom could possibly be cleaned a little better but I will say I have OCD and notice every little thing I feel like everything was clean and if I didn’t I definitely would have said something my thing was the sink but I’m not sure if it was a stain or just maybe even my kids who went in there before I did. wasn’t a fan of parking either but not much you could really do about that.

The breakfast was good - a nice variety of food options and comfortable seating area. We ate a bit later and hot foods were running low, but the staff was attentive and refilled eggs and bacon. Also really like that soap, shampoo, and lotion were provided in pumps. And Dove products are a great choice.

We didn’t realize that we needed to request daily room service to have our beds made and towels refreshed. Would recommend having the front desk staff mention that at check in.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was all friendly. I like their lobby was big and had options to hook up laptops or whatever to study away from the room. The pool is a bit small but there nontheless. The breakfast was sizeable and had good options. I left each morning satisfied with a healthy breakfast before going out hiking each day.

2 out of 3 nights I was very uncomfortable with yhe pillow provided (firm). I didn't know there was a softer pillow behind the firm one until my last night I just happened to wonder if maybe the other one was less stiff. I guess, it's because I'm not well traveled and maybe take a trip every other year but I didn't know that some/all(?) Hotels offer two pillow options based on firmness. Possibly something front desk could possibly mention at check in? Or maybe I'm just crazy and every one else knows this as fact but me.

We chose two Q beds plus sofa bed, as grown son was joining us to clean up property in Monterey. Work stay. Room was comfortable, bath spacious enough and private inc vanity, toilet shower. Good water pressure. Fairly quiet, GREAT breakfast! We used computer center, one was broken. Set off freeway, hwy entrances, so good. Staff were ALL helpful, friendly!

Wish there were closer restaurants, etc

when I had a question about the booking.com saying “two beds” I paused and called the hotel directly to be sure they were 2 Queen or full beds I had a rep there tell me to book with her instead then she gave me a price much higher than booking.com showed and tried to convince me that if I continued with booking.com that the rate was not available or the room and that after I book I would get an alert telling me the price is higher or room unavailable. I called her out and her bluff and continued my reservation with booking.com. I got the rate I booked it at just like I thought. you should know whoever is answering at the hotel can be losing you bookings because of that slimy tactic. glad I stuck with booking.com for it.

First of all the greeting upon our arrival by the Front Desk was enjoyable. Friendly, great attitude. The overall hotel was excellent and still in pristine condition after 3 years. The room was exactly the same which says a lot for the excellent people that work there in all capacities. Breakfast was done well and there was plenty of choices.

The pillows are too soft but, this is like many other hotels as well.

Very clean. Staff clean public areas throughout the day. Good night's sleep - comfortable mattress, soft & firm pillows on each bed. Warm, friendly staff. Outdoor area with tables and chairs.

We enjoyed and appreciated everything about this hotel and had a very pleasant stay.

Fire alarm went off at 5AM. False alarm. The staff didn't know how to turn it off. Evacuated the building and left us standing around in the cold while they struggled with their system. Eventually got it turned off and let us back in after a half hour. Not the staff's fault that the alarm was triggered, but it would have been nice if they knew their own system and how to clear it.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, also the sheets very soft and bed and pillows were so comfortable. Last but not least the lady who check us in was very polite and professional. I never leave reviews from hotel unless they are very bad or very good. This hotel is very good and deserves a great review.

The only thing it could be improve is the breakfast options.
