Location was great to stores and to the soccer fields. The breakfast staff were very nice and kept breakfast out later for girls with earlier games. They also helped us. My room was a great size with two full beds and a separate living area. Plenty of space. Everything was clean.

The pool wasn't open for the girls/teams staying at the hotel. Would've been nice to have a place to go between games especially on the hot day.

We stayed in a very clean and well maintained room. The breakfast was very good, and the service staff was attentive to bring out any items that we requested.

There was an issue with the heating/cooling in our room and we were offered a new room which had the same cooling problem. We opted to stay in our room and the maintenance staff came to address the issue.

Seemed like the AC in the hotel wasn't working. Lobby was hot, fans were set up. Our room was not very cool, had to set AC real low to even get comfortable. Shower was a little dirty and the shower mat was not usable. The mattress was comfortable but they need to be rotated and flipped. They slanted down towards headboard so it felt like my head was below my feet. Had to sleep with head at opposite end of bed. Breakfast was poor. Waffle batter dispenser was broken, eggs were not made and took very long to come out. And this was at 8am.

I thought the breakfast was exceptional for a hotel breakfast. The variety was wonderful and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. It was great that healthy alternatives were offered like the oatmeal with almonds or cranberries. The coffee was delicious, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the area. Thank You!!

The location was amazing. Close to restaurants and starbucks which is always a plus. The pool was great , very clean as well as the rooms. The room size was AMAZING I loved the shower and couch. Bed was super comfortable.

The only thing i think could have been added was a HDMI cord in the room for the tv. Just in case some people wanted to bring a game console to watch netflix or even just netflix added on the tv

i liked how quiet the AC unit was. i could tell room was cleaned before we arrived. staff was at lobby and attendant, did not have to wait long for check in/check out. tv had chrome cast

the coffee in room tasted horrible. tv in an awkward spot, either need 2 separate tvs or just in one room instead of the middle.

The rooms were nice. The staff was very pleasant, it was clean. The location was great. close to the Hwy, shopping, and restaurants

was a little upset the pool was closed, the bathroom is VERY TIGHT. A larger person would have difficulty maneuvering comfortably in there. Kind of have to stand to the side of the toilet to close the door. My bed wasn’t that comfortable

the receptionist upon our arrival was rude and insensitive. He could have been more patient and courteous and explained things better and slowly instead of getting angry and loud when asked to explain the $50 charge.

we didn’t have enough hand towels and the free breakfast had several milk options; skim milk, whole milk, almond milk, goat milk, 1% milk but only one meat option pork. I wish there was just one other option for those who don’t eat pork, like chicken or turkey, other than that it was great!

Breakfast was Covid restricted; it was not what I am accustom to at a Hilton facility. Boiled eggs, no meats -- not my idea of breakfast. The bed was very comfortable -- at home comfortable. My wife said I fell asleep quickly, although I was tired from 6 hours driving, the comfortable bed was a welcomed extra. The suite was clean and smelled clean. The location was conveniently located, pharmacy, car wash, restaurants within 3- 4 miles of this location.

I hated masking under the supposed Covid threat. We never did that with flu season or Ebola. No microwave in the room. The bath/shower design is not friendly, I am 5'10", 188 pounds. Getting in and out/off the seat is a squeeze. Closing the door; ridiculous! Other guest smoking marijuana on the location was a nuisance. It carried in the hallways.
