The Breakfast Waffle Maker The 4ct One Was So Cute.

The Elevator When We Came Back To The Hotel Around 2am the Door Of The Elevator Hit Me In My Arm When I Was Exiting The Elevator. The Elevator Needs Some Work Done To It or a Tune Up. The Pool Water Was Extremely Cloudy and The Smell Of The Chlorine Burned My Eyes and Nose It Was Really Strong. Other Than That The Hotel Was Nice the Carpets Could Use Some Carpet Cleanings.

Nice and very clean hotel with great location. I got a big room with double queen beds, that's was really amazing. Staffs were so cool and nice... I parked the car for free. The Shuttle made my staying even more easier. I could just jump to Dulles Airport for about 10 minutes using the free Shuttle and take the subway to the downtown. Whenever I was coming back from downtown, I just had to call the hotel and the Shuttle was sent to pick me from Dulles Airport. I really liked and I recommend this hotel for those wishing to visit Washington DC.

The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. The location for my needs worked well. There was a restaurant close by. The front desk staff was very helpful. All staff very friendly.

The breakfast was so-so. I would have liked to have a choice of oatmeal. The TV was a problem. It worked well, then I was unable to turn it off. The front desk staff came up and looked at it and got it to turn off and on once again. The next morning it would not turn on. I spoke to the front desk staff once again and they worked on fixing it. However, it was still not correct, turning off the overhead light by the door, turned the tv off. I reported this to staff as I was leaving.

Great location, walking distance from pharmacies and restaurants. Very comfortable rooms. Ernesto, the manager, was incredibly professional and helpful. He knows how to attend and treat guests, and it is definitely a great asset for the hospitality industry and the hotel. There was a very small mistake at check-in, and he fixed it immediately, helping me not to regret my stay at the hotel, and I even extended it one more night! Great facilities, indoor pool, gym, and very good breakfast! Extremely comfortable beds! Great choice for layover in Dulles 😀

There was no complimentary coffee in early evening and during the night during the 2nd nights stay. We did mention to the front desk clerk that we were hoping for some coffee, but he never refilled the coffee machine. Seemed a little agitated that we asked. Which we only inquired once, so...idk? We stood and waited for a few minutes, but he just said there should be coffee in our rooms. Which there was only enough to make 2 cups of the regular. Also, no creamer or milk available when there was coffee available.

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean spatious room. Totally acceptable little fitness room. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and nice. Free parking. Excellent location for all things Dulles/Fairfax/Chantilly. Free internet worked flawlessly including streaming netflix.

Breakfast is included, but bad. Slightly stale cereal. Lukewarm biscuits and gravy. Really bad tasting lukewarm turkey sausage. Coffee ok. Didn't make a waffle. Red delicious apples- I love apples, but if there's ever an apple that I won't eat it's the red "delicious." Please just stock another apple that isn't waxy. I blame big apple, not the hotel on this one...

Beautiful room . Pool and hot tub Absolutely marvellous

It would’ve been nice to have had some fresh fruit or yoghurt at breakfast but one thing that I really need it, being a 76-year-old female travelling alone, is a luggage cart to unload my car and get everything to the room there were none available when I got there and three days later when I left there were none available and I saw none during any other time that I was there. The desk clerk that was on duty in the evening helped with my suitcase and a bag while I carried my other things up to the room for me.

The Bed was very good while the room seemed adequate. Now, the Breakfast was outstanding and the ladies were very helpful.

The only thing that I was not a fan of was the fact that we didn't get new towels daily UNLESS you called for housekeeping. I didn't really need the room cared for daily but the bathroom/towels/soaps on a daily basis would have been nice.
