The location is great, beautiful and relaxing pool area, fantastic views. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful, plenty of parking space, and the breakfast was pleasantly yummy.

The two things that didn't work for me was the themperature of the main pool, the one with the rocks and waterfalls, it was extremely cold, and only kids were brave enough to get in there. I also think that the adults should be able to enjoy "Only Adults" time in the hot tubs after 10pm. It's kind of annoying to sit there and have little kids jumping in and out splashing and ruining the chance to relax.

The location and setting couldn't be beat! It was almost like being inside Arches National Park. The entrance was only a mile away but the hotel was surrounded by red rock cliffs which was a great preview to the park. We also loved the pool area which had multiple hot tubs, pools, and waterfalls/ water features, all designed to mimic the surrounding area. There were plenty of loungers and chairs to enjoy this area. Our room was also larger than we had expected (King studio) with two TVs - one to watch from bed and one to watch from the couch area. Very clean and comfortable.

The water in the big pool was colder than I like but I went in from the zero entry area and walked out as far as I wanted. I really enjoyed the area though!

This was our favorite hotel! It was so clean and nice. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. They also had a ping pong table that was a lot of fun. Fantastic location! Close to Moab and the park entrance. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!

Everything was wonderful!

Great location and view! The outdoor area was wonderful. Multiple hot tubs, pools, fire pits, and yard games!

There was an extra $40 charge on my card that I'm not sure what it's for.

My husband went to the breakfast each morning, but it would have been nicer if it remained open until 10. 9:00 was too early a cut off time, so I missed having breakfast.

It would have been so much better if your people at the desk informed all guests about the adjoining property that served food and wine, etc. We would have definitely used it. Also, when viewing a Showtime movie you could barely get into the movie when it would freeze. It did that each night we tried. May we suggest that there needs to be a hand rail on the largest part of the tub area. The mattresses are very different and we were wondering what they were made of? Thank you for allowing us to sound off.

new pool, very nice for the kids

- some rooms have permanent noise from nearby electrical rooms, very uncomfortable. impossible to sleep. check directly at check-in. - breakfast is rather simple and selected (they blame it on Covid, in our other 15 hotels during our vacation this was not an issue) - not located in town, about 10 min drive

Everything from location, pool, included breakfast Buffett (during Corona), to views were amazing!

Room service for the price was outrageous. Not including taxes and fees, it was very very overpriced for what they served and how it looked when it was served. I am okay spending the money, in fact I will usually pay a little extra for the convenience of things. However, there was not a well thought out menu with mostly frozen, made to heat up in microwave, type items. It’s not as if that the service wasn’t being used either because, I saw at least 3-4 other people ordering by the pool within an hour. Full time culinary personnel would really ramp up the value of the menu and make the perfect little resort that you would never have to leave.

Breakfast was great.

Neighbors in next room blaring music before 7. The beds we a bit uncomfortable compared to the other three hotels stayed at during this trip. During breakfast one employee was impatient and a bit persnickety when putting out food and wiping tables.
