The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and had what we needed. The breakfast was nice to have.

I wish there would have been some protein for breakfast, eggs, sausage, bacon. The bathroom was not the cleanest. You can tell that the housekeeping does not look behind the door when they clean.

Everything was good with 1 exception

The 1 exception is we will try to remember to allow for additional time to shower as the city water pressure is already abismal but compounded by clogged showerheads like every room it's like it must be the thing to do to save water guess it makes sense being drought for a long time now so anyway no more complaints

This was a nice place to stay while visiting Zion National Park! The facilities were clean and comfortable, with a large bed, linens, fridge, and microwave. The breakfast was continental and sit-down, which was nice after so many "to-go" hotel breakfasts, even with waffles to cook yourself. The staff was very kind and response to requests for tissues, ice, and where to park.

The ice machine was broken but the staff kindly provided a free bag of ice for us. The parking is not sufficient, but the staff again let us park in the lot outside of the regular spaces. Though there were a few issues, the staff was courteous and quick to resolve everything; they made the stay very pleasant!

Furniture is a bit old, but it was compensated with being clean and tidy

Be sure not to stay in the corner rooms in the middle of the two L shaped buildings because they are next to the boiler room and the loud popping noises of the plumbing kept me awake till 5am even with ear plugs in. Funny that he told me this would be a quiet room😅The tv wasn’t working said he would take a look at it but never did. This room wasn’t as big as the others and there was no view out except for a concrete hall. The hotel wasn’t full so don’t know why he put us there

The bed was comfortable. It worth the money you stayed at Hurricane for Zion National Park vs you stayed at Springdale.

The air conditioning is a bit noisy. The shower head was not working well at the beginning, I placed a complaint to the front desk and they sent a technician to replace the parts and it functioned well.

After a long day of hiking the hot tub was hot and open, even tho it needs some jets fixed. Breakfast, could use a little more warm food but had enough. Beds were fine, tv was nice, there was a fridge and microwave.

Hot tub jets need work, could have more warm breakfast foods besides toast and waffles.

Location is good its near to what you need food, gas and just a 30-40 minutes drive away to zion national park! The room serves its purpose for traveler that comes only to sleep and take a bath. Travelers are out of the property most of the time anyway. Lots of parking. They also have free breakfast we only get to see once because were out hiking before breakfast is served but we appreciate them trying to give people there breakfast. If ill be back in utah for hike, I will stay at this property again.

The coffee maker is dirty and dusty. We we to ask for exchange but what they offer did not pass our standard of clean. They offer hot water on the lobby instead and solution to heat drinks in the microwave. So better bring microwable stuff to heat water for tea or coffee because they dont have anything in there kitchen except papet cups.

- Even during the hottest days on record the A/C unit was able to keep the room cool! - The mattress was comfortable - The sheets were clean - The room was clean - The side chair was comfortable - Convenient, QUIET location

- We did not eat the complimentary breakfast due to our own dietary choices (keto, intermittent fasting) - We did not use the small pool or hot tub (it was just too hot outside)

Staff was coureous and accommodating. Breakfast room was clean and well equiped. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were in need of updatng- carpet was stained and there were patches on the walls
