Aloft Houston Shenandoah - The Woodlands

I absolutely loved the decor!! Super clean everywhere. Accommodating parking area. Pet friendly. It blew my mind. Very modern, chic. Never been to hotel with gorgeous bar and pool table. I felt like I was in Vegas or somewhere cool 😎. The staff was AMAZING. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, sweet girls. We upgraded to the King (something? ). Had a really nice mini fridge, walk- in shower. Nice TV. Comfy bed. Absolutely loved it there! We'll be back for another weekend getaway. Thank you!

We loved the location and the atmosphere, the lounge downstairs for us was very accommodating for our family Bible Study and Devotion. Our room offered us the ambience for our 10 year Anniversary that we desired and my husband chose this Hotel and he loved it-we loved it.

The only downfall was that, when we were visiting there were 3 sports teams of teenagers and those responsible for them and they had some very "privileged" mind frames, hearts, deeds, words, and actions. The children were not well maintained and we came in contact with them a few times, being teenagers. Those responsible for them, at least the four to five men--had a "air of suspension "for all at the Hotel and stood around intimidatingly looking at everyone coming in and out of the Hotel, now this made us extremely uncomfortable.

There’s plenty of parking, the location is great, it was so clean and the staff was amazing! They were so helpful when I showed up after having an awful experience at a different hotel and they went out of their way to check rooms to get me into one right away and they were so clean and comfortable! The loft style was very relaxing. Absolutely loved my stay here.

They didn’t do a daily room service which may be a downer for some but I actually loved the privacy and ability to sleep in lol.

Close too my job convient but my main issue was booking date was accidentally wrong date recorrected by choosing right date and staying do too work conditions, but my other mistakenly booking date was wrong and I can't contact anyone Help resolve my issue , I called the customer service number and it says repeatedly that pin and confirm number Is unable too find and it with held my money .

Air conditioner is so loud. Also the walls are thin you can hear everything going on in the next room as well as the hallway. The door to the restroom was weird not really any privacy. When we got back to the hotel in the evening there was a horrible stench on the second floor. Wasn’t there the next morning.

Loved the location of the hotel. Receptionists were helpful and welcoming every time. Our room was perfect, loved the modern stile and design. We will come back for sure next visit.

It was all perfect, can't think of anything that we did not like in and around the hotel.

I liked the speedy check-in services. Also, I liked that I was on the second floor.

I didn't like the water pressure in the hotel. The hot water ran out within 3 minutes of showering.

There is always seemingly a big group of kids when I stay here. They are usually loud and running in the halls. It would be great to be stricter around this.
