Staybridge Suites San Antonio Sea World, an IHG Hotel

Excellent location for our trip to Sea World/Aquatica!! Good assortment for the hot breakfast, and good food. During both days of our stay, the worker had a very busy time trying to keep up with the high demand, but she kept the food replenished quickly while maintaining a cheerful smile. Comfortable bed.

Walls are thin, so we could hear a lot throughout the night and morning. There was a Police officer on-site both days which was good; however, the 1st morning, all the cop did was eat breakfast and stare down at his phone non-stop. The 2nd morning, there was a different cop who was focused on eating his breakfast and flirting with the hotel staff member. At least pretend to be interested in watching the people in the facility while you're there. There didn't seem to be a need for police presence, seemed more of a waste of time and tax payer resources.

Breakfast was good and delicious and liked that it had some warm food options . Excellent options for kids. Staff was very kind and helpful in changing our accommodation to a quiet area when requested. Will definitely recommend the place for family stay.

Some of the stair way area were not clean.. probably that can be improved.

I loved that they had a shuttle to and from Sea World. The drivers were incredibly nice & timely. The food was delicious and the evening bites were very family friendly.

The bed wasn't very comfortable & the pool area was not clean.

My family and I have stayed at many hotels for family trips. We’ve stayed at some very high end hotels that were no where near as nice at Staybridge Suites! We got the Kings suite room. it had everything we needed and more! The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating! They happily met all of our needs! We will be staying here anytime we travel to San Antonio! 5 stars across the board!!

I love the staff. They were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was simple. Can't argue with free parking, especially when they have a gate around the building. Complimentary breakfast wasn't anything fancy but it got something into my stomach before heading to Sea World. Even though I didn't have that separate room, there was more room than other studio like rooms I've stayed in. They also go out of their way to make things easier for you like having the wifi password written down, giving a copy of all their amenities available, the list to the tv channels. Also, their iron worked very well and so did the blow drier. Overall was a great stay.

I expected it to be a little cleaner. The mirror had spots, and the toilet looked like it could have been cleaned better. The sofa also looked like it had been through a lot. Also, I was under the impression that I was going to be staying in a room that had a bed room separate but it was like a studio room.

It exceeded my expectations! the room was more than comfortable for my kids and I.

The property itself was perfect, the only thing I’d say was below my expectations was the breakfast options. We had to leave around 6:30 am and we wanted to grab something quick, however there was nothing to grab, no yogurt etc. Maybe we were too early? Not sure, but other than that it was perfect.

It is very close to sea world, free shuttle to sea world, a clean room, excellent breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. Affordable for a family.

Housekeeping services - we did not get our room cleaned in a few days.

We enjoyed our time here. We wished we had arrived earlier to try out all the extras. Breakfast was good.

At midnight, we had people above us made a lot of noise.

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The first day we were there we missed breakfast due to the time change and it was offered to be brought to the room which was much appreciated after having traveled the day before we were starving!!!
