Rooms were comfortable although impossible to really close the blinds completely to avoid the street light (BTW huge light). So, not possible to have complete darkness in the room. The rest was great. Check-in and check-out were fast. Hotel is easily located off a major road. Rooms were clean.

Better blinds or curtains for the room to be able to enjoy darkness in the room. I wished breakfast was free... When asking them for a legal receipt they said that booking is responsible for that. When asking Booking.com, they said the hotel is responsible for it. Since I don't know who of the two is right I didn't take this into consideration for the general opinion.

The people were very helpful, sociable, and courteous since I had a cell phone problem and couldn't do anything on my own. I always like having coffee, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The pool added relaxation to a wonderful stay. I felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Since I'm not a night person, I wish breakfast was served a little longer.

bathroom shower Didn’t drain fast enough, I was standing in water and even after I showered the water remained in the tub a good while, also towels were old, and one of them was stained. they took dirty towels but didn’t replace them.

The room was a good size and spacious.

I didn’t get to try the breakfast or the restaurant but it was because we missed the hours with prior plans.

I loved the location . Receptionist from yesterday was very sweet and courteous. Rooms were clean and neat.

We didn’t like the people on the morning taking out orders for breakfast. One of them was very nice and she spoke to us on Spanish. My sis on law spoke to her and she acted like she dio know what she was asking. I think it was so rude since she has spoken to me earlier perfect Spanish. Other than that FOOD WAS AMAZING

the free breakfast was confusing and no one seemed to want to help us. looked like you had to pay and when we sat down no one came to check on us. ended up leaving and eating elsewhere

Great location just off of IH-10. Close to UTSA. Rooms were clean and quite large.

Our room had the A/C condenser units just outside so it was a tiny bit noisy, but I actually like white noise.

pool was nice. location was good

weight room had no air conditioning. rooms cards kept not working so had to go to desk 3 times to reprogram,

The hotel was clean and in a very good location fiesta six flags was about 20 mins from the hotel.

One man that work at the desk keep telling me he could not find my reservation. But there a lady that also work at the front she was so wonderful she found my reservation. And my stay there was wonderful. I will stay there again.

I loved the food inside the hotel! The location was great because it was right off the highway. The employees were very nice.

They couldnt find our reservations that was made on the website but once we got here and showed them the booking confirmation they were nice enough to still charge us the amount found on booking.com
