Wao wao wao the cleanness was so impressive. The breakfast yummy. And the happy hour so delicious. The worker were on top of everything. Everything was working properly the gym, ice machine, and the pool. The location for the kids was fun. was nice stayed. The outlets, the uncle duck and some groceries around were so covinnient.

The heat 🔥. Outside. Probably have some signs reminders the kiddos to keep it quiet on the hallways.

Hotel property and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are clean, beds are firm, spacious. The breakfast is excellent and offers a variety of breakfast choices beacon, eggs, hot or cold cereal, fruit, juice or coffee. Staff is friendly lobby is a cool place to hang out and watch television and enjoy the happy hour. We have stayed 7x at this hotel and it’s always the same great experience.

Water and hot coffee not available through out the day. Therefore you have to make inside if your hotel room but your supply only makes one cup.

Very nice and well located to everything we were there to do. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was very good also.

We loved our suite but the one huge complaint was the bed. I think the mattress was the hardest bed we have ever slept on. We stayed 2 nights and both of us struggled to sleep and woke up with lots of body pain. If not for that, we would stay here every time we came to Round Rock.

Everything! The staff from the start were amazing, kind, and always so helpful with a smile on their face. It had everything, the free breakfast was delicious, rooms were huge and with ample space, and the amenities my children love. It made it even easier that we had an on-site restaurant for lunch and dinner.

I loved everything, there was absolutely nothing negative about the property.

Front desk staff at night were very friendly and informative, answering all questions. Bar Louis hours were very accommodating to late nights. I was glad to get a meal and a drink at 11pm. The room was very spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable woo hoo! (Ideal for my wedding night ;)

The shower water started hot but quickly turned cold and we couldn’t figure out how to get more hot water.

The food was great better than locations I have previously been too, great location, generally clean

Our room had a hair ball under the desk and shower could have been cleaner saw some hair but it was generally clean. The parking if you are coming in and out when the restaurant is having their party nights on the weekend at Bar Louie.

The breakfast was very good. The location was also good.

The pool seemed small for the size of the facility. We also were told that breakfast started an hour later than it actually did. We were leaving very early and noticed they had started serving and were able to eat and enjoy that meal. This was their first week of operation so maybe that explains the confusion.

Great location with many amenities close by including restaurants and shops. Celebration Church is just around the corner and well worth a visit too. A very wide range of breakfast food to cover all tastes and the 2 hour happy hour every day with 2 free drinks is a hit!

Expensive and the pool was very small and cold

Breakfast very good. Room was small compared to other King Suites Embassy that I’ve stayed at before. Lobby was very nice. Restaurant attached to Libby had good staff but food was lacking in quality especially for the price!!

the hotel was very clean very beautiful and in a nice area. happy hour everyday from 5-7pm & a buffet breakfast I loved it.

the system that the hotel uses charged my card 5x But Issac the General manager was awesome & did his best to give me all my money back and Compt everything out and made sure I was well taken care of I apreciate him sooo much .
