I picked this hotel for the location which was a 3 minute drive from my destination. It's a typical Hilton Garden Inn, with restaurant and conference center. It's a nice facility. Bed was comfortable.

I paid extra for the high speed internet, but it was spotty. It dropped out several times. Internet is important to me when traveling for planning purposes.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were always good and the facilities (I used the laundry and pool) were great as well!

The washer and dryer left a bit of an odor. The carpet was a little sticky when walking barefoot.

Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Breakfast was good. The TV's a nice size, bed comfortable and the room included a microwave and small fridge. It's in a nice safe location that's conveniently near the highway and easy for the door dash drivers to find. Love the security and work out room. This is our hotel to stay at when visiting Houston.

Good location and wonderful staff. Like everything about it. Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean and they have a microwave and fridge to accommodate leftovers. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. Price a lil higher than last time, but we have made up our minds that this is where we will stay when visiting fam in Houston.

Hotel is located in a convenient area, is well kept and staff is nice & responsive.

My only gripe this time was having to exchange my key card 4 times cuz they stopped working. That caused several trips up and down to the front desk and served as a huge inconvenience.

The employee was very helpful. We forgot our toothbrush and toothpaste and we realized that just at midnight. The employee at the front desk gave us the toothbrush and toothpaste for free.

It would be nice if the hotel can provide at least some bottles of water in the room.

Jassmyn at the front desk was really nice! She greeted us with a smile and kind word each time we passed the front desk. Her Customer Service skills are second to none!

That the pool area could be have been cleaned leafs dragged from pool dump along the edge of pool. Outside smoking patio by the bar all the furniture dusty and dirty nice area couldn't utilize space.

The TV 📺 would not get the national channels like fox or CBS for football 🤔 🙄 and that was disappointing 😕

No room service , not enough channels to watch. More options ore needed. Tv didn't work properly
