The value in the pricing was great, and most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. There was plenty of parking.

In my room # 229, the floor in the bathroom is decaying , the shower curtain was falling apart, and 6 out of 10 times had to take lid off the toilet to get it to refill. There were roaches in the room, and the telephone did have a cord thankful I didn't need it. The policy on linen for extended stay is horrible. I say this because I was told that I had to strip bed myself, bring them down, and wait on it to be washed to have clean sheets and towels. I work a lot and didn't have time for that, so I just took and washed everything myself with my regular laundry.

My stay was very nice. The staff was great. The black lady that checked me in(sry 4got her name) she was helping 3 other people and still checked me in quick, and she knew all those ppl by name and their room #. YOU CAN TELL SHE DIDNT PLAY !!! . I was there just to rest. I was leery because of the kids hanging around and I work nights. But I came out for wk at 11pm and no one was out, and I saw a police in the parking lot so I know my car was well protected. I was there 3 days and got some well needed rest. No loud noises, no traffic, just sleep and peace. And it was the best price...loved it!!! So when I get to over worked again, family driving me insane, feel like life is swallowing me up. I know where to go for rest.

I do like the facilities here I honestly think if you have to stay anywhere right here in the heart of Mesquite this is where you would want to stay besides the more expensive places obviously. But if you want a nice place for an okay price this is where you want to stay for the cleanliness and how nice the rooms are. This is my second time to have to stay here in the last 3 years.

Well being as my husband and I are large people we are in a twin bed well it has two twin beds obviously. Honestly though two people having to sleep on twin beds that are our size, are very uncomfortable. Honestly wishing he and I could get a king bedroom for the price we pay or maybe not much more like 20 bucks more to get that bigger bed so we can be comfortable. since we're going to be here for a while and this is our 3rd week here now.

The staff is excellent manager Ms Diana is amazing and does her job. Ms dorthy mims is amazing housekeeper always cleansmells wonderful and the staffing Jessica Glenda works and helps out with management walks around and also answer questions respectful the staff and housekeeper Ms dorthy they amazing staff to me love it. I'm keep staying

Actually everything is good here this is my 2nd time to stay. 2nd week but stayed here 2 years ago. I like the front desk worker's and the 1 housekeeper We met. Super nice people! God bless them all

Loved the full size refrig. Also, fully functioning kitchen. Jst wish we'd known beforehand. Wouldve came more prepared, with cookware. Maybe, even extended our visit.

Right on I30& 635, lots off traffic and highway noise. Thats expected with Urban area. Everythg else was sufficient. Well, other then alot of small roaches. Think maybe they sprayed, but didn't get the babies.

Very affordable, very affordable, very affordable. My room was an okay size for 1 person. It suited my needs.

There is road construction around the location which made it challenging to walk, but this was outside of HomeTowne Studios control.

Provided almost every thing we needed.

Couldn't. Stay longer.

Room was not clean, Cockroaches in the Room

The manger she was a very sweet woman she even went out her way to help me and my Husband I felt the respect

Now what i didn't like was a rude employer was so rude I just didn't like him attitude
