Arrived here early. Called to see if I could check in when I got here. Was told “yes”.. come in and check in early. Was able to check in at 12 pm. Staff at front desk was VERY nice. Booking had my last name wrong , but he just changed it at the front desk and told me to have a great stay!

Everything was great. Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for our purpose for being in Killeen. Good restaurants and shopping locations were very close by. The hotel was very clean. Since we were only there for the night, we did not get the chance to take advantage hotel amenities. The night staff was very responsive to a bad situation that occurred late that night, and we greatly appreciate them for that.

I would have really liked to have found someplace to get some snacks in the hotel. We found the ice machine, but did not see any sort of snack machines. There was a problem during checking with my reservation, and it took a call to Booking.com to get it resolved despite the fact that I had the confirmation email on my phone.

The location was good. The height of the bed was perfect since I am so short didn't have to climb up in the bed. The room was pretty quiet didn't hear anything from other rooms.

I didn't like the tv remote it seemed to not work very well even with new batteries. There we no extra blankets in the room with it having a sleeper sofa in it.

It was very clean (hotel and room). Room amenities were huge (i.e. bed, bathroom, etc).

I would love to have free breakfast.

Order a banana that was still very green

Need a free breakfast, and price was a little high for the room. Some of the front desk staff were a little rude to me and the rest of my group. Mini fridge shuts off every 2 hours, to save the hotel money. There is a reset button you have push every 2 hours, could not keep drinks cold.

I was charged for parking even though I didnt have a car and attempted to explain it to the front desk staff, also there was a fire alarm and the hotel was evacuated at 7am for over an hour but the hotel did not allow late check out to compensate.

rates was high for 1 night. beds was kinda too firm for my liking.

The staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean and quiet. Location is perfect.

The restaurant choices need a bit upgrading

The comfort of the bed, the quietness of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom area.

I didn't like that I couldn't check in early after arriving in the middle of the night, especially after traveling for 6 hours.
