Quality Inn & Suites DFW Airport South

I always stay at this hotel. Value for money is very good. everything is very good except for the gym: old and without maintenance. The gym is always important for us who travel a lot. The problems are the same as 3 years ago: the bike doesn't work, the treadmill is old and needs more itens like dumbbells. Please invest more in the gym and buy more items and you will be the best option in the area.

The beds were comfortable so so so comfortable! The pillows were amazing, & overall the stay was such a good experience for my family & I having a HORRIBLE time is Dallas. THE HOTEL was the only thing that made this trip good .

Our first room we got had a few things left behind from another stay but they quickly fixed the issue & transferred us over to a bigger room.

I stayed twice two nights in a row the second room had a musty smell the service was great at the service counter but their breakfast leaves much to be desired no cereal bowls for cereal not really a great choice for hot breakfast other than that I was pleased

Not impressed with their breakfast it could have been far better there were no bowls for cereal they use tubes of syrup instead of the syrup you can pour on your waffles and there didn't seem to be any bread for toast

I mistakenly left a plastic grocery bag in the room with my shoes, medication, belt, other items on the couch. The afternoon 4:45 desk manager has no idea how to find it and as of today has made no effort to contact me. I'm assuming housekeeping threw it away.

it has all necessary facilities. breakfast is good. 24-hour coffee/tea. in the meantime, it would be nice if there hotel keeps hot water in the dining area available all the time.

it says in the booking that the hotel provides free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport DWF, but in fact doesn’t. The manager promised to pay back 15USD on my credit card as a compensation for hotel-airport transit.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean, quiet area, it was super close to our concert venue and near by fast food restaurants making it easy as a traveler to navigate to and from the hotel.

Nothing it was a great stay!

Hot Breakfast and comfortable beds. Clean pool where the kids can play. I will most definitely be staying here with my family again.

The smell at the entrance by the lobby where other guests smelled like smoke but that is not the Hotels fault.

The facility suited the purpose of the travel. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. Considering it was near the airport, the was minimal noise from the external environment.

Could do with a kettle in the room. Also healthier options for breakfast would not go astray.

Prompt check in and out. Clean rooms and lobby. Very quiet and accommodating. Very nice breakfast and dining area. Staff was excellent. Very friendly. We stayed 2 nights with 2 separate rooms to accommodate a party of 5 and no problem with either of the rooms. We will definitely be returning when we’re back in the area. Thank you all so much

Liked the fact I could get a safe place for my son to stay after his release from rehab and they didn't need 4 types of ID. They treated him like a person . He said the that the gentleman at the front desk was very nice to him. The room was clean as well. Very affordable.
