Entire staff was great! Front desk was friendly and knowledgable. Bartenders were personable. Housekeeping was thorough. Rooms were very clean and they mopped the floor throughout the day when it rained. Dog-friendly hotel with a beautiful walking trail in front of the property. Parking is close and convenient. Had access to a luggage cart every time I needed one. Decorations make the place feel welcoming and comfortable. First time staying at a Hotel Indigo and it will be my first choice moving forward when I travel.

Rae and Ethan were so polite and professional and Omar warmly also greeted us, made us feel at ease . Kids were exhausted and acted out but the hotelier team was perfect and handled all issues with grace and thoughtfulness.

maybe more vegetarian food items might be available and the shower head was hard to fit into the collar on the hose in the shower BUT LOVED the shower product line !

I enjoyed the cleanliness, the location, the comfort, and the decor. The hallways smelled really good and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We actually created friendships with staff and guests!

The service during breakfast was okay, not exceptional. The ice machine was broken on the 5th floor. Since there are no refrigerators in the rooms it would’ve been more convenient to have easy access to ice to cool beverages.

I liked the style, decor, big rooms, big bathrooms, walk in shower.

The bar and restaurant were not in their own space. They felt like they were part of the reception area. We would have liked to go to the restaurant if it felt separate from the hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay even though it was just one night. Whole hotel was beautiful, conveniently located, staff were great, gym was clean, and I will definitely keep Indigo in mind for future travel whether coming back to Texas or other places. Thank you!

Almost everything! Clean, lovely location, staff was wonderful, even the hallway on our floor smelled great!

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was very hard. It made my back hurt. I couldn’t sleep.

Clean and comfortable everyone was nice

I book the hotel online for 350 for 3 nights but when we got there it was 434 for 3 nights we wasn't happy with not honoring what we saw online

The concierge who checked us in was excellent: friendly and conversational. All documents were ready for us upon arrival.

When I booked the reservation, I made sure I clicked on the "include breakfast option" for an additional $15. However, that option was somehow lost. Fortunately, I checked before we sat down.

Didn’t provide complimentary coffee in lobby. Last time I used this hotel this was something I enjoyed the most.
