Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, College Station, TX

Room was clean and quiet with lots of closet and counter space. The bed had a nice comforter instead of a thin blanket. The a/c worked very well and kept us cool. Easy access from highway 6. Good breakfast with nice friendly lady making sure everything was taken care of.

The towels and wash cloths were very small and thin and there was no towel bar to hang them up. Had to leave them on the counter or drape on the shower curtain rod. No exhaust fan to keep the mirror from fogging up. TV guide only available if you used your phone and a QR code. Carpet in the downstairs hallway had a bad ripple all the way down the hall that is a trip hazard and looks bad.

I was in a recently remodeled room. It was very clean and I like that there was tile (NO carpet 😀)in the room. Did have standard breakfast bar options - waffle, powdered eggs, bacon ,cereal etc - just a little haphazardly displayed. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Inside of shower is SUPER slick- just fyi. Only 2 bath towels -ok but on the thinner side. Bed had a newer mattress which was nice,but it was fairly firm. The carpet in hallway had some dust and they routinely go thru spraying air freshener in downstairs area.It made me wonder what they were covering with the air freshener. They are flying US flag with a huge whole in it and it and Tx flag are in desperate need to be replaced. The front desk person knew about the flags and said the owner lived out of state and knew about this but had done nothing. Our 2nd night, I had to ask about why parking lot lights not on. The night before they were great. They had just forgotten to turn them on,but did so when I asked about it.

This is our spot in College Station. We have stayed at the Calvary and the George that are supposed to be the best. Not for us as a family. This hotel is the best. It's the staff and management that make it so special. We rent two rooms at a time mostly. We travel with extended family. The staff keep this place in very clean condition. They even have a handy man that helped us with our TV and remote. I can't say enough. Breakfast is delicious the lady that works there is the sweetest. Excellent hotel and management.

It exceeded my expectations by a mile. I had basically a 1 bed apartment. Bed was very comfortable, lots of towels, TV is the living room area and also in the bedroom, great light and amazing breakfast. It isn't your cheap breakfast at all, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruits, yogurts, waffles..... very full selection. Staff is amazing, Holly at the front desk just beamed when I told her how fabulous my stay was. Then to top it all off, I met Michael the new General Manager in the parking lot and he loaded my bags into my car for me. I can't recommend this choice highly enough. I know this will be my go to every time I'm in the area.

There was a mishap with the scheduling of my room.. The staff Ms. Laquita and Ms. Holly and Michael gave customer service that was extremely satisfactory. The whole staff that day made us comfortable and put us in the correct room. VERY CLEAN and spacious room. The breakfast was nice as well.

Only thing ai didn’t like was the breakfast staff lady breathing down your neck and hounding you while trying to get breakfast. Leave people in peace and let them enjoy their breakfast and stay.🙏🏽

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. Also, the hotel has ample parking space. All the staff at the hotel is very friendly and the best part is they even allow you to check out an hour later upon request. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The room has all the amenities and is a very good value for money.

The internet speed was a bit slow but still manageable . Hotel lobby could be made more attractive and lit up.

The staff was amazing! the lady at the front counter when we arrived was awesome, friendly and extremely attentive! she welcomed us with a smile! I had forgotten a few items and she provided them!

nothing! the room was exactly what we expected, the breakfast was excellent! buffet! eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, toast, fruit, waffles, yogurts, bagels and juices/coffee -/a little bit of everything!

Everything was good, the room was spotless. The showers were hot, the beds were comfy. Then in the morning all the kids got breakfast.

We did have a hard time with the a/c in the room. At first we thought the unit was broken, then we figured out it had to be operated by the thermostat but then the thermostat was broken. We just had to hit the button alot because it wouldn't catch every press I guess, it was just so hot in there at first for the first hour.

The location! The comfort size and cleanliness! The breakfast cook was very nice the food was good. The pool was out and the Manger was very defensive about it. Almost to the point of being rude. I understand if you get questions about the same problem over and over it can be tiring. But u r the manager and we only asked one time if the pool was going to be available later in our stay. We were staying several days. But all in all it was a nice place we will return

The hotel is very comfortable and clean!!! The staff are very well trained in hospitality. I have nothing but good things to say. Super soft bedding and pillows. Updated rooms, excellent window coverings, and the A/C system works awesome. Breakfast is included!! you can’t beat this place. Priced well and centrally located. Thank You Holly, Micheal and Laquita!! We will be back repeatedly!!
