We always like the big grounds and being up on the hill. We like the fact it's sets alone on that big property. The hotel is just beautiful and always in perfect condition and well taken care of. The staff is always top notch too.

The new parking lot gates and the apparent parking fees...... Come on do you really have to charge for parking at a $300.00 a night hotel..... I don't think so!

Overpriced breakfast, hot tub was dirty

It was clean, beds comfortable. We were in the junior king suite. It’s quite a large room. The staff at the Veranda Bar were personable, friendly and professional. The Sheraton is pet friendly and have a large area where I could let my doodle run and get the zoomies out!

A microwave in the room would have been much appreciated!! The ventilation fan in the bathroom runs continuously and is loud. Kept the door shut which isn’t a bad thing. It would have been nice if the balcony had been swept off and the outdoor furniture wiped down. It was covered with dirt & pollen. Although there is no daily housekeeping checking on us when meeting in the hall would have been appreciated. I became good at helping myself!!

The grounds and the building is beautiful and well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Love the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the fitness area. The restaurant is also top shelf!!

The pillows are really loose and uncomfortable. Also it would be nice to have a microwave in the room as well. The breakfast buffet could be included in the price of the room.

Rooms were very clean and maids were super helpful!! Check in was a breeze and the person checking us in was so nice and helpful!!

Only one restaurant and with a dance competition going on, it was super crowded. Breakfast was expensive and cheaper hotels provide it free. However, it was a very nice breakfast buffet. For the price and niceness of the property, I thought there would be baggage help, WRONG.

From beginning to end from the entrance of the driveway to everything inside from what we saw within 24 hours that is, but it was exceptional one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in!! The chandelier was absolutely beautiful! It was a very nice Grand entrance! The beds were very comfortable and like I said it was really nice we will be back that's for sure!! Everyone was very kind and sweet and helpful! Thank you for a great time!!

Our only con was the French fries we ordered were a little cold and they had a little fishy taste to them.

We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Music City. My son loved the pool. It was nice hotel and the staff was friendly, especially the staff at the restaurant/bar. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

We didn’t like that our balcony had french fries which attracted ants galore. We paid extra for the poolside balcony, so it was quite a letdown that it was dirty and full of ants. I called the front desk several times, and was told it would be taken care. It never was cleaned up. There was a stain on the comforter. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom flickered on and off. There was long hair in the bathroom floor. And, lastly, the TV had no reception because of the rainstorm that came through. We couldn’t use the pool because of the rain, but then we were stuck in our room with no TV.

When we arrived at the hotel the staff was so friendly and helpful. The valet parking and luggage staff were awesome!! The front desk staff was courteous and the property was orderly and neat. The indoor pool area was kept clean and my granddaughter enjoyed the pool.

The lighting in the room we stayed in was awful. There were two table lamps and one floor lamp and that was it. It was hard to see at night in the room. The bathroom was very small. My elderly mother traveled with us and the toilet was so low to the ground she had a terrible time getting off of it. There were too many covers on the bed too. They were very heavy.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do. The bed was very comfortable and clean and we slept well. The room was very spacious and had a sofa, a table snd chair. It also had a coffee maker and refrigerator. No microwave was available.

For the size of this hotel I think it should have a full-service restaurant and offer room service. We had to purchase snacks, drinks, and food from the outside and bring into the hotel but there was no microwave in the room so we were limited to what we could do. There were no hair dryers provided in the room either. I didn’t pack mine as I have always used the ones provided by the hotel.

Great location and beautiful entry way. Lots of parking and secure entry and exit gates. Bar and lobby were large and chic.

The day we checked in there was an accident on the 3rd floor causing flooding to lower floors. Thankfully we were on the 4th floor and was not affected.
