The property was really nice, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was quiet, clean and comfortable

It was a little farther away from downtown than I thought. The slight uphill climb in the evenings was a little much for us Floridians who are used to flat ground. The only complaint was the tub/shower. There needs to be a non slip mat in the bottom, and possibly a hand rail installed. The tub is VERY slippery, and the side is extremely high, in fact one of our party fell. Thank goodness it was the 28 year old and not the 66 year old

Very clean and comfortable. Extremely quiet and noise insulated. Loved the private parking where you could park on your own, get your car yourself as needed, and come and go as you please without being charged each time. Loved that there was always someone on staff that was in the lobby in case there was a problem. Loved that there was a kitchen and that I could have ordered food in advance (if I had remembered). The bathroom was amazing (gave me ideas for redecorating at home). I loved that you had streaming TV, although it was lucky that I had my own acct.

Should have been a document in each room telling people what to do if they wanted to order food out - instructions on what to do for drop off and pick up (such as, after placing your order you need to wait in the lobby to pick it up) and a list of nearby restaurants that deliver, and a list of delivery services (such as grub hub, shipps, and urber eats) that deliver to your particular property. Also, for travelers who don't have streaming accounts, the TV situation would have been unfortunate.

Affordable and included parking. Far enough from Broadway to relax and get a quiet night's sleep, but still close enough that we could walk and we didn't have to get a ride every time we wanted to go. Can't say enough about the onsite staff! So attentive and prompt about requests. It felt like a hotel in an apartment setting. I will definitely look for Mint House properties in other cities based on this stay.

Communication via website was a little rough, but luckily staff were quick to respond via email.

Our recent stay at the Mint house was great. The room was a basic king room but was most comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated and covered all needs. We took advantage of free parking space and free internet as well. The hotel located close to town center and you can have access to the resturants and bars just by 10 minute walking. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you all.

Easy to find with the instructions supplied. Door code worked fine .

I was a bit confused about the parking. Email suggested there maybe a parking pass at the Appartment but notices at the car park and in the building said we had to pay for parking. Paid online for parking I did contact via booking.com but haven’t had a reply yet to clarify this.

All of our interactions with staff at Mint House were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help out. If we needed anything...it was done! I will look for their properties again when traveling. We had a wide range of ages and everyone in our group was happy with the pick!!!

The location was perfect for our trip. Being in walking distance of downtown and Nissan Stadium saved a lot of time and resources as we didn’t need a car to get around. I LOVED the preservation of the history of the building.

I thought everything was good, no negative comments. In fact, I have already booked my next stay in Nashville here.

Great place to stay. Very modernn and very clean. Roku TV was a huge plus for me. K-cups coffee provided. Loved the large bathroom/tub/shower and onsite gated parking. It was high end all the way! I would recommend Mint House to others. You will be pleased.

I had to call to get my door code to unlock the apartment. ?? Code access was a little glitchy.

Very good location, 5-7 minute walk from Broadway. Very spacious apartment with everything what you need for a short period stay.

We couldn't get into the parking area as the code the facility provided didn't work. The facility need to put out more clear direction signs in the building as it is easy to get lost looking for your room or exit, etc.

Loved everything about the property. It is in the old Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Nashville Branch. Loved that they used the vaults as well as stayed true to the original building design. Close to everything that Nashville has to offer you can walk if you don’t want to drive.

There is nothing that we did not like about the property.
