Holiday Inn Express Nashville W-I40, an IHG Hotel

Good location, property was well-maintained,  also very clean inside and out. The staff was very nice and respectful, very welcoming and very willing to help at any moment during my entire stay. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back next year for this event, and any other travel trip that brings us this way again . Thanks. 😎

The only thing that I can say negative, was that there was a computer glitch that overcharged me, and apparently I wasn’t the only guest who had that problem. However, once it was brought to the staff attention, they immediately did everything they could to rectify the problem as well as refunding the money that I was overcharged. Again, thanks to the staff for quickly, acknowledging and rectifying the situation.

Facility was nice, coffee fantastic, did not eat breakfast but it looked good. Beds comfortable. I would stay again if I needed to.

1st room toilet broke, but they moved us right away, second room had a bit of a musty smell but we brought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. Room was at the entrance so it was a bit noisy out front.

We enjoyed our entire stay. The only drawback (and this was not the fault of the hotel) was that the housekeeping staff was very short handed and our rooms were not always cleaned in a timely manner. Again the staff was doing their best with the limited personnel and their work was good but they were really stressed. Same problem every where. No one wants to work anymore. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay next time we come to Nashville

The free breakfast was better than expected... biscuits, gravy, French toast, two kinds of sausage, pancakes, etc. Great location!!

We reserved a king bed but were given a room with two queen beds. We didn't complain, though, because the room was nice and in the perfect location.

Lovely, clean, comfy hotel with super friendly staff members. Walked into the room & it smelled wonderful, everything was clean, comfy bed & pillows; good breakfast, no complaints at all about the hotel or staff.

Didn’t like that when checking out we overheard a fella very loudly complaining about his bill being $110 instead of the $90 he booked it for & realizing that I paid $243 per night for our room, what the heck? It appears Booking.com did NOT give me the best rate, I’d of been thrilled to pay only $100 per night!

The staff were polite and courteous. the room was clean from the beds to the shower.

It seems a bit dated and only one elevator per floor. There were no vending machines where it said “Vending” room on the floor. it was empty. you had to go downstairs if you wanted anything. parking was horrible.

This location was convenient to my family. The room was clean and staff was communicative. Breakfast was hot and never ran empty of items.

Parking was crowded due to construction. Traveling alone, I would have felt safer with adequate parking.

our door was right next to the stairwell and people were going in and out of that door until very late that night. the door slammed shut very loudly each time.

The location was good, close enough to everything but away from the heavy traffic. Food was good. Beds were comfortable. Surroundings were clean & pleasant. When you first drive up you may think it’s not in good shape due to being in a older neighborhood, but you’ll be very pleasantly surprised, it’s great.

If I had not forgot my wonderful heating pad & left it there🥲
