Bent Creek Golf Village

This was a well maintained condo with full kitchen and washer/dryer. It was quiet and had a nice deck with a screened in dining area! They provided extra sets of towels, something that isn’t common these days. The staff was friendly although we didn’t need them much.

It was a little further from the Smoky Mtn NP -about 30-40 minutes. We did discover a by-pass that saved time of having to drive through Gatlinburg. Also, please note that this is a time share development and you will be “invited” to attend a “reception” one evening. It wasn’t high pressure, but buyer beware

Every interaction with staff members was positive. We even had some of the workers offer to help my husband load our car during check out. They also checked in to see if we were comfortable during our stay. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. Room was spacious and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Convenient location for accessing the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Rooms were so clean & spacious! Great balcony! The two front desk ladies were angels! We had questions upon check-in & they helped me sort it out. A third gal came from the back & seemed a bit irritated with us for having a question. She could use extra training so she doesn't get immediately upset by a question. Power went out, so we had to leave early but the resort did everything they could including a partial refund for our trouble. We were so grateful!

Golf course needs love, my husband golfs a lot & he expected more for a golf resort. He also wished they did a 2 or 3 day membership for guests staying on site so he could play more. No discount on weekend for guests was odd. The potential is there, it's a beautiful property & an interesting course! Also a discount on 9 holes for guests would be nice.

We had an amazing stay here. we came for our honey moon, and David at the front desk was extremely polite and pleasant. the rooms were super clean, the indoor pool was wonderful and the game room was great too. they were open late as well so my wife and I could wind down and relax together and have fun without any crowds around. the screened in porch in the deluxe villa were beautiful with great views. we will absolutely be back!

everything was perfect, nothing we didn’t like.

Everything! Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of blankets and towels and everything you need to cook is included. Washer/dryer in unit and they provide your first load of soap with more available in the lobby. Picture a one bedroom apartment; that is what you get with the lowest rate. There are also larger units. Veterans use your discount! Outdoor pool(seasonal), Indoor pool, hot tub, playground,billiards and golf course(seasonal)

There is a $300 deposit taken out immediately, but it gets returned after you leave. Plan your finances accordingly.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Bent Creek Golf Village ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we need. We will definitely be back.

We loved the Peace and quiet the amenities were great to have on site. We were able to save some money by cooking some our meals and not having to eat out each meal

It was too far away from the attractions and the narrow roads made it hard to travel to and from places for us that are not use to the mountains. The narrow roads and the heavy traffic spiked my anxiety, we were afraid we would get ran off the road and over a cliff. The bed was too small I requested a King and the bed was supposed to be a queen but it felt like a full size bed. We had to make sure we didn't fall out of bed so we did a lot of cuddling.

I liked the view and the room. You can feel at home.

the hot water doesn’t last much so you have to hurry. They also have bathtub but if you fill it with hot water it doesn’t get hot at the end and you can’t bath because the water is cold. If you like cold water it’s perfect for you or don’t use the bath tub and you shouldn’t have problems.

Beutiful location. Great rooms

Could not walk the course, beutiful course with cart path, but you are not allowed to walk around. Staff member stated you cannot walk anywhere on course, but you can walk around the parking lot.

very quiet yet close to everything. we stayed in villa that was stocked with anything you might need. nice decor and we loved the balconies
