Hilton Franklin Cool Springs

The property was very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the hotel bar and found the location to be safe and convenient.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the executive lounge was closed for the weekend. Which was not a big deal but I wasn’t aware of that before hand. We received credits to use in the hotel but we didn’t get the chance to use all of it so I wish it would have just been taken off the bill.

the location was great quiet area and close to a lot of restaurants, highly recommend First watch for breakfast less than 5 min drive 👍

Only issue was the bathroom Door it was not easy to lock weird latch and once the door slid into the wall there is no way to pull out other than reaching the top corner and try to pull it out, we informed front desk they sent maintenance and we were told thats the design of the door 🤷🏻‍♀️

We were across from the fitness room, and several "moose boys" were in town for a baseball tournament. Apparently, the name of their weight lifting game was "who can dead lift and drop the heaviest weights so the old gal across the hall stays alert'! Not long or late enough to complain about....but I just didn't want to play!

Location is great. Close to the city but far enough to enjoy the various restaurants and shops in the area. Hotel is always clean and rooms are kept up to date. Staff is friendly and available. Booked using phone app...helpful.

The price I remember getting quoted seemed lower than the actual price I paid. I do remember the quote not including taxes and fees but those fees might be a little too costly !

The location was perfect. It was near the interstate and plenty of eateries and shopping. The breakfast in the restaurant was good and they gave you a decent amount of food. There was a variety of choices. Parking was great!

I am used to having a microwave and/or refrigerator in the rooms. It was little inconvenient to have to go downstairs to warm up food, especially with small children

The walk-in shower is always a plus for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of seating in the room.

The king corner room did not have a microwave. There was a couch in the room, but it is hard to see the TV from it. It would've been better had it had a swivel mount. There was a lot of trash in the ice when my husband got it from the ice machine.

During this tough time, I understand staffing is a big issue for many businesses. This hotel is clearly experiencing those same pains, however, their staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest had a positive experience. There were about three young women running the check in and guest services. My family went up to the pool area where there weren't any towels left. When I called to find out if we could get some towels, one of the women from the front desk came running right up with plenty of towels. I later saw her running other things to rooms in between checking in guests. All of this was done with a smile on her face. There were four staying in our room and we found only three towels. I called down to guest services to get another towel and the person on the other end explained they would be bringing one but due to how busy they were at the front desk it could take up to an hour. She explained it very respectfully, and I asked if I could just run down to get it myself and she said that was fine. When I went down, there were many guests checking in and it was clearly very busy. The nice part is everyone seemed content and like they were being helped. This speaks to the caliber of employees at this location.

I don't have any complaints at all.

Breakfast good. Location good (as this was just a local "staycay" so didn't have to drive far to stay in a nice hotel.

We arrived 15 minutes before check-in but had to wait 45 minutes for room to be ready. Pool area was a little small on the weekend (5 weddings with family and friends made it overcrowded and hard to get a lounge chair). Monday was nice and quiet for the time we were out there. Since just a two night staycay, was disappointed to find the restaurant not open on Sunday nights.

Clean facility, very nice amenities, ease of access to everything around us. The bartenders were very helpful and nice. They were very prompt with our food order and very professional.

We were charged a completely different amount than what we were given through booking.com. They charged us almost $250 more than the price given at booking. Also they have refunded us the amount owed to us. They charged us $50 per night per room and we were told we would get refunded that money back after checkout. It's Thursday and no refund is even pending on our account. Very displeased with the poor communication on this process. If I had known that the hotel could still charge what they wanted to I would have just booked through them directly. I've used booking.com in the past and have not encountered this issue.

Location is conveniently near to Nashville but much quieter. The town of Franklin is charming with several good restaurants.

I did request a high floor room when i made the reservation 2 months in advance - they could not honor this at check-in.
