Staff, both front desk and restaurant wait staff, were well trained, helpful, and beyond pleasant. Dealing with both was a treat.
The patio door curtains didn't close all the way, and as the pool lights are always on, I had to block them with the occasional char to make the room dark enough. Also, the tv remote buttons didn't all work. I need the close captioning to understand the dialog.

The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a hotel. Great water pressure and air conditioning. Didn't hear a thing from any rooms around ours or stuff going on outside.
The fact that we could only stay one night, didn't get to enjoy the pool or connecting restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again and hopefully for more than one night.

The kids loved the pool with the two slides, one for the little kids and one for the bigger kids. The pools were all a decent temperature which was nice so the kids could actually enjoy the slides without chattering teeth. The staff was accommodating and were able to switch us to a ground floor room for easy access with the kids and all our stuff.

Nice clean comfy big suite. Bed was really comfy. Like the set up of the suite. Staff was super friendly.
Key card only worked on inside door not outside door-no step into hot tub at pool area- and when we used the ginormous tub in our suite it smelled just awful. Sour gas water smell..

We waited in line for breakfast because people were making pancakes. If that could be separate it would make getting breakfast easier.

It was clean and mostly quiet.
Ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go hunting but not a big deal. The breakfast was gone when we tried to go. The staff didn't even tell is about where to find it though they were very informative about the pool even though we said we didn't plan to use it. Bummed about the breakfast or lack there of.

I enjoyed the helpfulness friendliness of the staff. Great idea-dark towel marked for makeup. Didn’t use the pool, but liked that the room was close to it, if I’d wanted to use it. I liked that I could have had my friends swim, too. Nice breakfast!!
