The staff was absolutely the best and very friendly. Minimal breakfast area, but they gave breakfast coupons to area restaurants for that.

The staff should be more sensitive to political tension in this country. Running Fox News 100% of the time is not appropriate and his day and age regardless of the fact, if this is a red state or not. You are not accommodating the locals but instead must consider all Americans. A neutral television channel would be much better served instead of the rhetoric from one party, which is portrayed in such negative and hateful ways.

The staff were so welcoming. Breakfast was the best of our whole three week road trip. Both waffle and pancake machine. Fruit, granola, yogurt, boiled eggs etc all available. Owners might consider a security camera to monitor what people are taking. One person filled her backpack with food. Another carried out an entire armful of food not once but twice. It was shameful because we got there right when breakfast started and they hauled out all the yogurt and almost all the granola bars. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kept the facility very clean!! Gave coupons for breakfast to make up for their smaller included breakfast options they have. But was nice to grab a few to take on the road/in our room.

Small breakfast option but not a make or break obviously!! We came in off season so we had to drive 45-1hr to get to most food/destinations.

Hotel was clean and kept up well. The towels smelled amazing, not like the typical hotel towels. Parking was safe. Hotel is close to the Badlands and the interstate, but you barely heard it at night. Hotel itself was decently quiet.

Breakfast wasn't at the hotel, there were only a few snacks. For the main breakfast you were handed a little card to go to a nearby restaurant. This only covered pancakes, no coffee or sides. This was quite disappointing as I had booked the hotel option with breakfast and did expect a bit more that wasn't further out of pocket expenses. Also, for what is offered, the hotel felt too expensive.

It’s a 1940’s motel that has been lovingly cared for and recently updated. It’s an all brick building with beautiful flower beds in front of each room. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great. It was everything we needed, especially the cookies!

The town doesn’t have a lot to offer, but we were only there one night. We were directed to a restaurant that was just fine.

Easy access off of I-90. The person who greeted us upon arrival was very prompt and efficient.

Sparse gym, some upgrades were occurring and staff didn’t seem to know about the upgrades nor if I could access the gym or not, and area where breakfast is served is very compact making it difficult for multiple guests to access at once. Sink handles were opposite (one labeled “C” was actually hot and one labeled “H” was actually cold…we obviously figured it out).

Slightly off the main drag, so quiet. Easy to find straight off the highway. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was an experience in plastic fantastic ultraprocessed food, eg maple flavour syrup, individually packaged cinnamon buns. The sitting area was tiny, so no room to sit ( some people took food back to their rooms), not helped by one family fighting about something in front of us all.

The room was very nice, clean new carpet, newer cabinets for tv, microwave, etc. The sink was located separately from the toilet/shower area so two could get ready at the same time. The bed was comfortable, not saggy. A lamp table on only one side of the bed though. All very clean!

The quick breakfast on site was all prepackaged stuff which one heated in a microwave, not the greatest option. However a coupon for breakfast at a nearby restaurant was also. We did not have time for that so just took an apple. Coffee was mediocre quality.

Clean & great location

Bathroom fans came on with light & were super loud. The fan from the next room woke me up a couple times. Not enough room to accommodate everyone for breakfast, so you get a coupon for a free breakfast at a restaurant that was very restrictive not even including coffee. Free breakfast cost us about $20.

Great beds, clean room, good breakfast.

Only 2 handicapped spots and they were both taken. I was glad they could give us a room on the first floor but we couldn't park near a door. The slope up to the back door nd and the bad pavment made it difficult. Toilets are really low. I would not recommend this hotel to the handicapped but otherwise it was great.
