Fairfield Inn Orangeburg

The location is great, close to the convention center, restaurants, and gas stations. Staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms clean. The best part tho was the breakfast!!, delicious. Will stay again def.

No pets allowed, that's a bummer. The room had a weird smell, like humidity, seems like they tried to clean the carpet but it didn't dry fully, so the floor was a bit moist. A/C was old and loud, but functional.

The location of Fairfield Inn was very important, as we were traveling. It is adjacent to the interstate highway. Check-in was effortless as I took advantage of the electronic online check in. I only needed to pick up my key upon arrival. Our room was ready when we arrived. It was very clean and stocked with fresh supplies. Our grand daughter liked the pool. We were very happy with the breakfast choices the next morning. We had a 12 o clock checkout, so we had plenty of time to enjoy our breakfast before leaving.

There was nothing that I was dissatisfied with during our stay.

I requested 1st floor "not available" but the hotel had very few cars in the lot. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like strong marijuana.I had to put a towel under our door to keep out the smell. The bathroom door didn't latch. I expected a Fairfield hotel to be a little more modern looking. I know most people probably love how big the TVs are in the rooms, but this one was way to big for the size of the hotel room.

We were just passing through for the night and this hotel seemed like a good price. The reviews were mostly positive so we booked it. The room was very clean, and quiet (there were 2 little league teams staying on our floor and we never heard them). The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast started at 6am which was great for us. Quite a variety of options (waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage and ham, toast and bagels, cereals and oatmeal, muffins and yogurt and a variety of juices). We wholeheartedly recommend The Fairfield Inn and will definitely stay here our next trip through.

The breakfast was good. The people were nice especially Dwayne when we checked in. Personable and gave suggestions on where to eat. On the whole all people we met were all very pleasant.

The bathroom needs some work.

Hotel staff were wonderful especially melinda she was very calm even though i was not happy about booking. Com put us in a upgrade for less money room was clean and comfortable

I will never use booking .com again promised a king room got to hotel none available even though i had a confirmed room girl at front desk made it right and that's why i gave them a high rating but i was told they were sold out of the king rooms before i booked thats why from now on i will book rooms myself

I thought the breakfast was great, I had not been a hotel since the Pandemic and this was my first hotel. I see that businesses has to be creative during these different times. You handled everything extremely well. I was very pleased.

I was thinking that the hotel was a little newer than it was,,,,but it was well maintained and the up keep was good. This was not a major negative . I enjoyed the stay,

Breakfast offered a lot of options and was great for the entire family. Pool area was kept clean, along with other parts of the hotel. Staff hospitality was exceptional!

Older building but immaculately clean. From checkin to checkout, every staff member was pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast room staff kept things fresh and well-stocked.

Only problem I had was I booked a king size bed and was given a double room but other than that everything was good
