the room floor wasn’t clean enough , and I didn’t like the hidden fees that comes after the booking.com price .. till now I didn’t get what is that charge for destination fees !!!?

I really enjoyed the indoor heated pool and so did the kids! They spent more time in the pool than anywhere else.

The hot tubs weren't working correctly. They were colder than the pool so that was really disappointing to my husband and myself however our complaints about them were immediately followed up on and tried to be fixed! That made the experience even better knowing that we actually mattered.

Everything nice and clean as expected. Pool was great,had alot of fun.

I called and asked to be moved to a room with the private screened balcony on it and didnt get a call back.instead i was lied to,saying only the pent house had this feature when both hotels had them,they are lined up on both towers but only the side rooms.Both towers!!!

We liked that it was a beachfront property and it was a penthouse unit. The 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath served us well during our stay. It was also close to the boardwalk so we took a stroll almost every night. The central A/C was working fine.

The unit was slightly outdated. The in-unit washer was not working so we can't do laundry at all except the common laundry facility for the building. Some of the white towels provided were stained. One person who slept on the sofa bed was not comfortable with it so he decided to just sleep on the sofa not the bed itself.

My family and I really liked the size of the room. The view and the location was amazing.

The major dislike was the pillows were very uncomfortable and I didn't like the fact that the company spraying for bugs didn't even knock they just walked right in and this was very upsetting. A notice letting me know they were going to be there would have been nice.

We loved our room, its was more than enough space and updated, the view was perfect! And amenities were great for us!

The beds were comfortable but the bed frame in its self made the mattress slip down so we would wake up with our heads under the headboard

Location was excellent. Staff was very nice and helpful. The size was very decent. It was also clean. Beds to me we comfortable.

The bathroom lighting is very low. Very hard to see for putting on makeup and showering. The shower is very small. I am a smaller person and it was cramped for me. There was no place to put your bathing supplies. Also the shower knob to turn the water to hot or cold was very touchy. You would go from scalded from freezing in a tap. Sometimes the water would just go to cold in the middle of the shower then back again (assuming this has to do with the way the place us plumbed...we were on the 14th floor)

I liked the 2 doors in the kitchen. A friend tht came with us got sick and was vomiting. so having those helped!! I liked the pools and the purple light at night.

Tht the pools close at 9. I always like to go down after the kids are in bed. Me and my husband. it would of been nice to have had tht.

Balcony faced the ocean. The condo was very clean, and beds were comfortable.

The water temp in the shower was a problem. either too hot or too cold

The views!!! The room had good space and loved the full size fridge. Staff was amazing.

The bathroom sink took forever.......to drain. The outside pool was closed a few days while I was there. Only one Elevator.....took forever to get back and forth from our room to lobby.
