The room had plenty of room for our family of 5. We really liked all the storage space and the kitchen in the room. Having grills outside to be able to use was really nice.

We didn’t like the bathroom door. It fell off and hurt our daughter. We didn’t like that the rooms only got cleaned every other day. We didn’t like the night time workers. They were all very mean about us hanging out in the lobby. Pool towels were very hard to come by. There were never enough. No gluten free/dairy free options for breakfast. The sandwiches were rock hard. The gym smelled terrible. The laundry machines were not working

The location was great, the room was spacious and had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the fire pit area!

The breakfast was our least favorite thing about our stay. Would like to see an option for eggs without added peppers or onions and maybe a bigger variety of cereals, perhaps packets of instant oatmeal could be offered. The mattress and pillows could maybe use updates. They weren’t terribly uncomfortable, but could be improved upon.

The spacious room with a full refrigerator and dishes. The gym was nice and the pool was clean and relaxing. The cleaning staff did a nice job cleaning the rooms, hallways and elevators.

The front desk staff could try a little more to make guests feel welcomed by greeting them. The only time I was greeted was the first time I walked in. Many times I walked by the front desk and the staff member just kept their head down. A hello/have a great day or smile would be much more welcoming/warm.

Excellent location , close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms are great, they’re very big and have lots of drawer space for clothes. Loved the kitchenette as well. The breakfast is just ok but there are food options near by. Would definitely recommend!

Our air conditioner was stuck on for 3 days so it was freezing, they came and fixed it shortly after we told them about ut

Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by, room was good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Loved the full size refrigerator in room.

They only provided room service after 4 nights which was ridiculous. We had to go to the front desk several times to ask for towels and toilet paper. (Making bad matters worse, only giving me one roll of toilet paper). We also had to put our trash bags in hall to be collected. My last complaint would be the laundry. Two out of the three washers were broke and only one dryer. We were there for baseball tournament with plenty of dirty uniforms to be wash so this was a major inconvenience as well.

In a great location. And I can not say enough about his spot on clean it was. Great breakfast was included. Bed was very comfortable! Highly recommend.

I asked to be put on 4th floor with the same room I had reserved through booking and not getting a receipt at the time, I later noticed I was charged more for the room. But I can say it was very much worth staying there. I just wish the manager that checked me in would have at least informed me of this first.

The location was awesome, very walkable. The staff for the most part was friendly and kind.

My husband has neck problems and needed an additional pillow and was told no by a night clerk. She said he had enough in his room. He forgot his orthopedic pillow at home and we were surprised that an additional pillow was denied. He was quite upset about it. He needs cervical support as he is waiting for a 3rd neck surgery she was told this and still told him no.

The location was great! The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful! It was nice to stay in a big room with so many accommodations, close to Charleston and a great price! Plus plenty of parking and close to places to eat and shop.

We chose not to eat the breakfast. Nothing appealed to us. But I did have coffee!

Breakfast was good for what was offered. More options would've been nice but, it definitely hit the spot. Location was perfect for us! LOVE the area! We were close to the beach and everywhere we looked it was beautiful! Great outdoor space if traveling with a dog. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Can't wait for our return which I booked 15 minutes after leaving!

The only think I didn't like was that I had to leave! Lol We have booked our return visit to Charleston and loved the hotel and location so much, we booked the same! Breakfast could use some additional options but, otherwise everything was superb!

My husband and I stayed in a king sized suite. It was so clean and had basically everything you needed. A full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, cookware, and even a dishwasher and stovetop! It was more than what we expected. The suite was very spacious for a couple and the bed was so comfortable! This is the first time I left a hotel missing the bed lol. The hotel was also nearby shopping centers and restaurants and a quick 10-15 minutes from the downtown area.

When we booked the hotel it was through a third party site that was supposed to include the hotel fees and taxes. When we went to check in there was an extra $100 security fee that was added so be prepared. It does get returned when you check out though.
