This place is amazing- great activities for everyone, kind and helpful staff, beautiful grounds. My son and I went for a 2 night stay and were busy allay doing so many fun things together. I really appreciated the customer service, the helpfulness of the staff, and the lovely atmosphere they have created.
The room is on the smaller side, but we only were in there to sleep. If you want a room where you can sit and lounge for hours you will need to book a larger room than the standard. While somewhat small, it was beautiful and had a great view so we didn't care at all!

Just a great relaxing couple of days in a very nice and enjoyable location. Who knew there was such a thing as Chocolate week?! The theme and offerings each day was fun and delicious at the same time!!
Picked the week that kids had off from school and the place had tons of little ones hanging around. Last trip was during a school week. Will definitely keep this in mind for our future stays.

I've stayed at many nice places over the last few years, including Nemacolin and Hotel Hershey and the staff here was by far the friendliest and most helpful. They were under construction, which we knew so that made for a few inconveniences but easily overlookeded given everything else
We didn't have snow until the last day, but that's nothing they could fix!!!

Absolutely stunning, well kept, lots to do!
We should have had a Premium King but just got a King after front desk told us they were sold out but actually weren’t and came back to book another night. would have appreciated getting the upgraded room we booked. Breakfast options were either coffee shop baked good or full on buffet. We would have liked to been able to order a la carte just one omelette or some fruit. Hard to do big hikes with a full buffet or just a croissant.

Beautiful grounds. Exceptional hotel. The room was wonderful. Central location facing main entrance. Old charm of colonial luxury. I loved every minute I spent there. Strongly recommend.
Our room didn’t have heat working. I had to ask fo personal heater which was offered. No microwave in the room.

The hidden gratuities, taxes and fees at the end were outrageous.. we tip at every place and that should’ve been made known to us that you would be taking another 20% of tips at the end. Also the activity service man is really rude. Both time I spoke on phone and I’m person, extremely rude and not friendly at all. He should be exciting and friendly giving off fun vibes not snooty, shirt and rude like he was. Other than the bar downstairs and the library the other two restaurants could use better lighting and ambiance. Very unwelcoming and cold.
The place was beautiful.. amazing Inn! Charming place, lovely grounds. Wonderful hikes!
