I liked the multiple restaurant options attached to the hotel and within walking distance! The bed was comfortable and the room was nice for two people with separate beds. Plenty of outlets for charging, always love that, and the water got hot easily which is always a bonus!

There was no vent in the bathroom, so when done with a shower you needed to open the door to let the steam out and that isn't a problem if you're by yourself or with people you don't mind possibly seeing you naked... Also, the amount of chlorine in the pool was noticeable through the door in the hallway that leads to it, and inside itself it burned your freaking eyelashes off. There's being sterile and then there's too much!

The bar and restaurant are great to have inhouse No need to find food elsewhere

This was not a free buffet breakfast of stale food. Breakfast was done at the hotel restaurant and both the food and service was very good. Prices were higher than your local take out deli/breakfast joint but not crazy hotel prices. The entire hotel staff was friendly and pleasant. The staff was very upbeat and positive which made for an enjoyable stay.

The hot tub jets were not working. There were 6 kids in the pool with no adult supervision. They were screaming at the top of their lungs. We were trying to unwind from our day with an evening swim… we had a 2 yr old with us. It was not enjoyable at all. Very very disappointing

Lovely service who handled the fact that a huge rambunctious group was running everywhere and making a terrible mess.

The hot tub wasn’t quite hot enough and the pool hotub area could use some maintenance. A terribly behaved sports group was running wild overtaking the gym area and loudly disrupting the facility.

My request for a first floor handicap accessible room was met and the room was great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The outside patio restaurant was wonderful.

The handicap bathroom was easy to use, however, the walk in no ledge accessible shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even though we tried to turn the shower head in towards the shower wall.

It is a bit old property but has been well maintained. Everything worked well. The swimming pool was not as portrayed in the pictures. That was the only disappointment

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but I did order room service for dinner all three nights and it was fabulous. I was really surprised by how quick it was too.

Breakfast and the breakfast staff were excellent ... though I had to ask them to turn down the music just a bit. Which they did!!! Front desk staff was excellent

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike ...

The hotel entrance was beautiful and my daughters thought it was elegant looking. They immediately loved their room and we all enjoyed the plush queen sized beds. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and hot tub. During our stay we went outside and feel relaxed in the seating areas. Very convenient and good food choices.

While in the hot tub, we found several chips pieces that came off and we just put them on the ledge so that we wouldn't get hurt. Also there was signage or labels to state where the bathrooms were once inside the pool/hot tub area. The pool/hot tub area should be checked more often for fresh towels and used ones picked up from other people's usage.
