SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne

We loved the front desk employees! Tajeira Fisher is especially wonderful! She was beyond helpful and easy to chat with. I truly enjoyed seeing her as we came and went during our stay. She even checked on us upon finishing bringing in the luggage to ensure we felt comfortable- a true asset to the hospitality world! Additionally, the proximity to Sesame Place cannot be beat! It was across the street- just perfect- especially when toddlers needed to go back to the hotel from Sesame Place to take a nap!

The beds and sofa beds need a serious upgrade. Additionally, the carpeting has been well loved and could use a replacement.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was very spacious. There were enough towels, hand towels, wash rags, toilet paper and tissues. I never wanted for anything. I like the amount of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the room, it wasn’t tiny bottles. I wasn’t bothered by maid service every morning which I like I was able to sleep in, if I needed something I would just ask the front desk.

There wasn’t enough lighting in the room so in some spots in the room it was hard to see and the tv wasn’t that great. The remote signal wasn’t always working with the tv. The tv could be way better.

the staff was amazing and so accommodating. this is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where every single employee was kind and friendly. Melissa, Alana, and Acacia were so professional and efficient. we never waited for anything. They were great with the kids too! the gentleman performing maintenance such as cleaning the lobby was wonderful…always working, always wearing a smile. The gentleman who brought us extra items such as linen was so polite. he even ran around looking for my kindle when I left it behind. I will definitely stay here again!

I loved everything about this stay

I traveled with my disabled grandson.. I loved how the staff in the morning treated him. They learned his name and talked to him like he was a normal person. i madee cry how wonderful they were with him. They were eager to help with anything I needed. The gentlman even helped bringy its to the van and help load them. The breakfast was also delicious 😋

They only thing i didnt care for was the pool was down while i was there, and the carpet in my room by the doorway was torn up..

The front desk personnel were exceptional! When we learned that the pool was closed, Pam was extremely helpful by providing a list of alternate activities geared for our small child. Pam was very personable and always asked our child how he enjoyed all his adventures. She is a devoted employee. We didn't have as much interaction with Heather, but she was also great!

The continental breakfast is a great bonus. I would have liked more fresh fruit offerings besides Red Delicious Apples.

This hotel was extremely conveniently located for a trip to sesame place. I can’t drive that home enough. It was absolutely perfect for that. Breakfast was great, and the convenience was unmatched. Room size was totally fine and the shower and shampoo stuff was all great.

That being said, the bed was meh. But that’s really our only complaint.

The receptionist (Mellisa) was wonderful. She greeted us with a smile; was courteous and went over with an esplantion of the entire facility. Because of her we will use the facility anytime we return to the Levittown area. the area.

The breakfast offering was Weak.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. I also loved the breakfast. There were great options and it was good quality. The room was nice and spacious as well. Also the location was perfect.

There were no real issues. I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Staff was very friendly, having room on main level with our small children was great. Room was slacked, clean, and well equipped. The hotel is also very conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

The indoor pool was closed during our stay. Also I requested sheet change and that never happened.

I came to the property because I was visiting Sesame Place. The property is walking distance to the park and you are able to leave your car at the hotel for a $15 fee.

I felt parking should have been free and not a $15 fee since I did pay to stay at the hotel. The shower and towel had a strand of hair on them most likely from a previous visit. We just didn’t use that towel and washed the hair off the shower, other than that I will definitely be back.
