Breakfast was good. However, there was a lag in getting food out and keeping up with cleaning dining space. The crew of 3 did the best they could during the busy time. Desk Manager could of helped out but did not.

Front desk/security: Our access cards did not work one day so when I took to front desk to get rebooted the girl behind the desk did not ask me for identification to verify if that was my room. Most disappointed that anyone could ask for an access. card. Front desk: went to front desk to ask for towel service. Person at front desk seemed confused as to how that service would work? Might want to retrain the people behind the desk with basics.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and they changed it every now and then. Finally, the facilities are really modern. It is honestly much cleaner in person than most reviews or even pictures make it seem.

I had some issues with certain utilities. The shower curtain was broken, the TV controller didn't work, and the window shade controls were also not operational. However, we were relocated to a new room with no extra charge.

We stay here often and enjoy the large rooms and the facility in general.

They still seem to be working out their policy's as every time we stay with them there is a surprise change that we don't know about until we check in. When we 1st started staying here, about 6 months ago, they prided themselves on pets staying free. That has changed and was a different charge at 2 separate stays. This time the free parking has changed (which was also a perk). When I booked on line I checked the "I would like free parking on site box" but when I checked in I was informed they is now a daily parking fee which was added to my bill.

Comfy beds, nice size rooms and kitchen in the suite. Nice big smart tv, kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good staff was pleasant.

Only had a shower available and it had awful water pressure. The toilet was dirty around the bottom in the floor with what looked like pee, vent in bathroom didn't work sink in the top edges was very dirty.

Super clean, the cleanest I have EVER used and I use a LOT of hotels. Convenient, all the amenities you come to expect and then MORE. Full kitchen altho I didn't use most of it. Staff was great!

They put me at the end of the hall by an exit door. People went in and out of that slamming door all night making it VERY hard to sleep.

Everything was very clean in the suite, including the freshly washed dishes in the dish washer, plus the pool, fitness room, and common areas. There were plenty of power outlets in the room to meet mine and my families needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!

Charged $10 for parking.

Location was good. Rooms were very clean. Staff was nice. The personal welcome on the TV was a nice touch.

There were no options for those with gluten intolerence for breakfast. No staff kept up on refilling cereal, sandwiches, or even napkins. Staff was present and seemingly ignoring the issues as well. No one made sure pool towels were stocked during the evening which is always the busiest time.

Modern, clean, quick. Pool!!!

The Room had a few odd issues: Air conditioning never met the desired temp. (Set to 64, but room only got down to 76. Way too hot to sleep comfortably.) Wifi gate kicked out users before completing prompts. Wifi gate was very Predatory in the information demanded of it for being unsecured. Eletrical socket issues. Though the place was built in 2021, your beds are terrible! Pillows worse!

The third night in, there was a school sports team in. They were placed on our floor and no adults. Slamming doors, running, screaming and laughing for a great portion of the night. No one from that school wore a face mask. The desk clerk asked one young man to please put one on to get his food and his father made him take it off. Not comforting to me. I followed rules.

The beds were actually really comfortable!!!! That’s my number one wish/want/need in any hotel so I was very happy when I got a great nights sleep every night of my vacation! Breakfast was more impressive than other locations too.
