Residence Inn By Marriott Bend

The Residence Inn provided free breakfast from 7:00am - 9:30am (The staff shuts down the breakfast area immediately at 9:30am). The location of the hotel was in a quiet part of Bend, but you are not too far from anything. I definitely wouldn't mind staying at the Residence Inn again during my next stay in Bend.

I would like for the breakfast buffet to have more options of food.

The hotel is beautiful, including the hotel bar and fire area outside. The suite was clean and spacious. It was nice to be able to grab some small bites at the bar. The free hotel breakfast was great- loved the cold brew option!

I was very disappointed to find that there was a $10 parking fee. I did not see that online and would love for that to get refunded if possible. And highly recommend advertising this prominently.

The team members who worked during the evening to late night shift were all amazing Corey, Beth, the woman who use to do security and the gentleman who was literally everywhere doing all the general maintenance are exceptional people and very knowledgeable. they made us feel right at home

We were extremely happy with hotel and staff. Since it is a new facility it is in very good condition. The room, furnishings and accommodations are first rate.

Here is the sticking point for me. The management team for this unit and the other one they are responsible for in Bend see fit to charge you for parking on their property while staying with them ($10.00 per day). So unless you are delivered there by what ever means expect to pay an extra $10.00 per day☹️ If you have to drive to get there. That is a rip off.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. The pool area was very relaxing.

I honestly couldn't think of one thing that was not perfect. The breakfast had plenty of choices. And the outside seating was very inviting.

The room was really nice with all the amenities. It's definitely a good value the money Breakfast was excellent! They have everything. Bartender was also awsome and nice!

The only tiny thing was the water pressure in the shower. That's it

The entire set-up was perfect for our family. We appreciated how they allowed for reservations for the hot tub after skiing. A great way to accommodate the pandemic.

My only concern was that the bed comfort didn’t match the rest of everything! The bed was so incredibly hard that my back was hurting every day. I couldn’t sleep. If would be a total package if you upgraded your beds, but we felt the studio set-up really supported with having to work with a toddler in our group.

Everything was perfect!! Clean, comfortable, well, appointed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was really good. Will definitely judge all other Marriotts based on this stay

Absolutely nothing

Location was excellent. Close to Old Mill area with lots of eateries and shopping within short walking distance. Rooms were quite.

Same breakfast each day.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exiting because it had everything you might need. We loved lounging around in it. Close to waterfront location, pet friendly and free breakfast(that’s actually super good!).
