Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City-Bricktown

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated April, Alyssa, Dre, and Pete. The room was very nice with a great view of the ballpark. The pool was warmer than most and lots of fun if you have smaller kids. The breakfasts were really great with many choices, like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, potatoes, cheese omelets, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, toast, bagels, fruit and cereals. The location is great if you're wanting to be downtown. We were within walking distance of the ballpark, Bass Pro Shops, the canal and several places to eat or socialize. The hotel is very nice. The lobby is gorgeous with plenty of places to sit to socialize or eat breakfast. Even with a crowd of soccer players for a tournament, there was always somewhere to sit for breakfast. Despite being very busy and packed, it never felt crowded.

When we got there Friday night, it was a bit chaotic, but it was obvious they were understaffed on an extremely busy night and everyone was doing their best. The parking garage is not wonderful. It is so narrow that getting in and out when someone else is going the opposite way is hard. Also, if you don't plan to go in and out during the day, the $12 rate for public parking is much better than the $21 from the hotel. Only downside of the room is no microwave, but there is one in the lobby.

The room was very clean and didn't have any bad odors. The bed was more comfortable than what some reviews led us to believe. The fridge was clean and cold. The view of the ball field was excellent.

I checked in via the Hilton Honors app and parked on the 5th floor of the adjoining parking garage with plans to use the digital room key. The elevator to the hotel from the garage requires a physical room key to use, which was not mentioned. My wife has a bad knee so I went down the 5 flights of stairs that exited into a back alley, walked around the block to the front of the building to enter, and then checked in to get a room key. Then I went back to the garage to get my wife and our luggage. It was a very clunky and IT-defeating process that was utterly useless, poorly conceived and implemented.

The pool was perfect. The water was not too chlorine smelly pull did not have a heavy odor of chlorine and it was very clean area. A worker came in about 30 minutes before it was closing he's very friendly and check something. it was great. I got my reservation booking all mixed up somehow this time and Karina at the front desk took care of me wonderfully on the phone she was very friendly very patient. And that was before we got there she made sure when we got there everything would be set up and ready for us. And breakfast was great. All of the desk staff was very friendly the whole 3 days over all Karina was extra helpful truly appreciate it

Nothing everything was great

Very convenient location with restaurants, coffee, and bars all within walking distance. We were fortunate to get a corner room near the linen closet, which had a larger room size than typical. Our view overlooked the baseball field. The hotel is located very close to a public parking garage where there is an elevator that is accessed by room key and opens into the hotel lobby -- very convenient for loading your vehicle after your stay. We didn't use the indoor pool but saw many others enjoying it. Finally, very nice front desk personnel.

The second day the breakfast service was plagued with issues even though we were there with an hour remaining in the breakfast window. They ran out of several items (eggs, bacon, and even water) and were slow to replace them. Even the napkins were slow to be replaced. Not sure if there were staffing issues that day but could have been better.

The swimming pool was was great for my younger children - ages 4 and 6. Breakfast was really good and the dining area was spacious. We stayed in a Queen Suite room w/ 4 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough room.

Our vehicle (conversion van) was too tall for the parking garage associated with the hotel (cost $21/day) that we had to pay for up front and couldn’t even use. There was a parking area down the street that we were then directed to that cost $41/day. We ended up parking in an “event parking” area for $20/day. I believe we were refunded a portion of the parking fee we paid up front to the hotel, but do believe the hotel needs to look at updating its parking arrangements for guests.

We had to come in for my son's chemo appointment... We all loved the hotel!! Very cozy!! loved the look, it was beautiful and felt like home. Very clean and kept up nicely!! The breakfast was AMAZING and different choices each day!! And the pool!!! It was kept at the right temperature and it's just right for the kiddos!! Only goes to 4ft.. which is awesome!! (Although my kids are taller then that! They can still have fun in the water) Everyone was super nice and explained everything to us!! Always had answers to our questions.. and the location is right in the heart of Bricktown!! So everything is within walking distance, so that's a plus!! We stayed 2 nights WITH parking on the 9th (top) floor with a perfect view of the OKC Dodgers stadium and paid less then $490!!! I highly recommend this place!! Not just on the price but mainly on the wonderful people and their awesome personalities!! VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL!!! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN IN DECEMBER!! Thank you Hampton Inn for your wonderful hospitality!!

The location was great. Our kiddos LOVED the pool! The heated indoor pool was the main reason for our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the facility was and how friendly the staff at the front desk were. The lady who checked us in was super nice and professional. I told her that this was our first time staying at a Hampton Inn and she gave us water, cookies and trail mix. Our kids were excited about that and I really appreciated it! We will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that could've been better was the firmness of the beds. They were hard and flat...hardly any cushion at all. Also, the pillows were too thick and lumpy. Not a very good night's sleep.

This Hampton Inn was conveniently located with many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the beds comfy. For the price, it was a great deal, especially since it's located so close to the many dining options downtown. The Pool was a hit with the kids! They loved the water features, like the waterfall and fountain. Great option for families traveling with children!

The bathtub didn't drain well, seemed clogged. When taking a shower you are standing in a tub full of water. Dish/TV reception was shaky, but just needed it to keep the little ones preoccupied.

Location was awesome! So much to do! Breakfast was great both days!

IF YOU ARE DISABLED THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! The parking was ridiculous! No point in handicap parking as you still have to walk a quarter mile and take multiple elevators to get to your room. 80% of the time there was only 1 elevator to the rooms working. We got no warning we had to pay for parking. We had to make a decision on the spot to pay they them or the ticket booth. Then we were told we had to go to a whole other building!

Perfect location walking distance to everything. The parking garage overlooks the ballpark which is cool. Decent breakfast but it’s a big hotel so there may be a line.

Gets loud with cars passing and people outside on the weekends but if you leave the fan on the ac on instead of eco it covers the noises. Access to the hotel through the parking garage is key access only kind of annoying when you are not checked in yet.
