I loved almost everything about my stay! The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the area and the park. We will probably come visit Sandusky. Yes, this hotel can accommodate us. This place gave us the best customer service we’ve had in a very, very long time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends with plans to visit the area.

The only thing that I did not like, is that the pancakes that at rave reviews online, the machine was not working however, the young lady that was on duty that morning made everyone’s pancakes by hand, her self at the machine.

The people on here leaving negative reviews are being ridiculous. The room was spotless including the bathroom all very clean. The bed/pillows were very comfortable everything in the room worked just fine. The staff was very kind and helpful I really don’t understand how people can complain about this place for the price they are paying. All the other hotels in the area were $100-200 more we just needed a place to sleep nothing fancy this is easily the best value stay for Cedar Point.

no real complaint here I will say it would have been nice to have something other than vending machines for drinks and snacks but got the job done.

The staff was friendly and complimentary breakfast was a welcomed perk! The pancakes were delicious! Evening treats were appreciated! We're returning customers to this location. Rates are very reasonable.

Other room occupants seemed to be noisy and not considerate of those sleeping. The loud tv and conversations of late nighters to apparent out of town construction workers starting up noisy trucks after 5 am and letting them idle for over 15 minutes right outside our door. Overall experience was satisfactory. Have booked future stays.

Staff was really helpful in extending our stay by a night! They let us keep the same room too. When I checked in they were super nice as well and helped me to know what parking was close to my room. Breakfast options were not bad. The room was fairly clean. Loved how close this is to Cedar Point!

The bathroom is soooo small it felt like being in a closet. I showered with the door open because if I closed it I felt claustrophobic. Didn’t love that but not a big deal.

THE SHOWERS ARE AMAZING!!!! Loved the shower lots of hot water and pressure! There was a security issue on our first night down the hall. These units have outside doors. Not inside doors. But the property took care of it immediately. Police were there and we didn't even know it had happened. This property does not tolerate rude, loud and partying people. We loved that as we had our family there! The second night there were people in the parking lot being extremely loud after 10pm and again, the property called the police and it was taken care of. We didn't have to report it. They were watchful and our cars and things remained safe in the hotel etc.... Staff was nice and friendly upon check in. It serves a great purpose if you are only sleeping there and going to Cedar Point. Really loved their quick reactions to things that could aggravate a guest!

This is a property that has an older unit and then newer units. I didn't know that when I booked it. We were put in the older units which were not as nice as the newer but had the same cost. So don't judge it by its cover. We almost left for another hotel. But realized we were just sleeping there and there were no bugs, it was clean and served it's purpose. The building is just really old. But it does not compare to the higher price hotels. I felt the building we were in was over priced for the decor, comfort and area. But again, we stayed there and were impressed by the staff and their care of the guests.

Comfortable beds

A little pricey for a two day stay packed hotel couldn't use the pool due to cleaning after pool was opened and otherwise way too occupied. People outside of room late smoking being loud at 2 am . Pop vending and water vending machine was empty. And the one in between would only let you purchase lemon lime Gatorade with a card but when my bf went with cash all other options were available.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Location for cedar point was perfect.

There was no safe. This would have been helpful for passports etc. People tended to smoke outside their rooms, which is obviously the intake for the air conditioning. Although none of us smoke we did get the odd waft of smoke which was unpleasant. Suggest a smoking area away from rooms.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY HERE IT WAS MY 30TH ANNIVERSARY AND AM GLAD I PICKED THIS HOTEL HOTEL IS NEAR THE BEACH AND AMUSEMENT PARK AND LOTS OF PLACES TO EAT WILL STAY HERE AGAIN

SPIDERS SPIDERS GET RID OF THE SPIDERS AROUND THE POOL AREA AND SEEN A SMALL SPIDER IN MY ROOM GET RID OF THE SPIDER PROBLEM OTHER THAN THAT PERFECT PLACE TO STAY OH TOILET PAPER HOLDER WAS BROKE BUT WAS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL

room sizes were great, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, there was infinite hot water, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, it was close to cedar point, the staff was super friendly, and it was very clean

we were under the impression there would be some hot breakfast. We didn’t expect anything crazy, but were kinda disappointed it was more so of a grab and go type of breakfast with just muffins and fruit.

By far the cleanest motel we have ever stayed in!! We had requested a few extra accommodations for our arrival. All of them exceeded our asks. The housekeeper Janet was absolutely the best!! Her greeting is, her contagious smile and personality was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Her cleaning and how she ran her butt off to meet the needs of the older ladies with me was exceptional.. Thank you so much Janet! If we visit again we will be staying here again.

Snow from the weather could have been cleared more. It was hard getting the elders out of the car with the ice that formed from the snow.
