Norwalk Inn

No breakfast was included in our room. The location was perfect for the event we were attending. Easy access to roads we needed to travel. Easy fast food restaurants for a quick bite to eat in the morning.

I have no complaints. The room was very clean, it was quiet well into the night. It was easy to find and easy travels to our destination Summit Motorsports Raceway for the weekend. I will be willing to book Norwalk Inn again in the future. There was a coffee maker in our room so we were able to make a quick cup but there is a Burger King next door and a McDonalds just up the road. Thank you for a peaceful place to end the day.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Although the bathroom was small, the room was a good size (and I spend longer in the main room than in the bathroom). The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure. The room heating worked efficiently, and the amenities (coffee maker, TV) worked well. Having read some other less glowing reviews, I was pleased to find everything very clean. Good comfort for low price. And the parking area was well lit, so felt secure.

A few bits of paintwork in the room could do with touching up. It would be nice to have the Wi-Fi password available in the room, rather than having to return to reception for it. Neither of these impacted the comfort of my stay adversely.

This was a fine place to stay. It was conveniently located not far off US 80/90 about half way along my route. I needed to stop for the night to get a good rest. Admittedly, I was not happy with the fact that the neighboring room had someone talking on their phone quite loudly past 10pm. But when I went to the front desk to complain, they immediately shifted me to another room which was quiet. Very friendly staff. Very willing to make my stay better, even though it meant having to make up an extra room the next day.

It was easy access. And the owner was the best!!! We were traveling from Oregon, celebrating our 50th anniversary! He was so excited, he knocked on our door and brought a small chocolate cake with Happy 50th Anniversary! These are the people you want to meet on the byways of life! Thank you!!’

The room was pleasant, above what I expected for the price. The room had a fridge and a microwave, which many do not have any more. The bed was clean, had nice soap, shampoo, conditioner stocked. Internet too!

Traditional key, but deadlock and catch lock made me feel more secure.

The owners are amazing and attentive. My room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I’m spending 2 months there on a travel nursing contract. It was quiet with the exception of the car wash next door but nobody uses it at night so no big deal.

The rooms are dated.

The care the friendly owners put into here was evident on the exterior right away for this older style motel that has been nicely renovated within it's limits, and kept exceptionally clean both inside and out. The king bed was comfortable with a chair and nice TV mounted on the wall, bathroom had everything needed and was sparkling clean. Easy access from road we were traveling and close to very nice local restaurants.

Staff was very accommodating, let me check in earlier since I had an event that started before their normal check in. Room was clean and comfortable, easy to adjust the A/C to my liking. Helpful with directions to get to my event. Wifi was fast and reliable.

By the time I reached the Norwalk Inn, I had pedaled my bicycle 780 miles from the state of Vermont. The manager checked me in graciously and immediately prepared a room for me and my bicycle! Truly the Norwalk and staff afforded the most accomodating stay in my 2 week trip so far...of all the motels, campgrounds I've stayed at. 👍👍👍👍👍 Al Rubins

Quiet area. Owners very friendly. Rooms are kinda outdated, but clean. The shower head was kinda low, so if you're taller than maybe 5'8" you might have an issue. I would stay here again.

Fix towel rack in bathroom. It was pulled off wall in bathroom and placed in closet in dressing area.
