It was quiet and clean. The room was beautiful. The bed was really comfy.

. We couldn't turn the air up, it was freezing and there is no way to turn the thermostat up. The options are turn the air completely off or get a blanket. We chose both and the room was still freezing. My husband has a medical condition that is affected by cold air. It could have been a better experience if they would have made the thermostat adjustable for customers.

I liked the comfortable bed and the view out the windows. Also the man that checked us in and out was very nice!

There was yogurt splattered all over the inside of the elevator when we got there. When we left the next day it was still there. We also needed an extra blanket. It took 8-10 calls to the front desk to even get a hold of anyone. Once we got a hold of the front desk we were told if we wanted a blanket we had to go down to the front desk to get it. The entire family was already in bed and in their pajama's so I decided not to pack the kids up to go down for the blanket. I think maybe they were short staffed but not sure.

Staff was extremely friendly. It was really quiet. I like the room set up with the bedroom separate from the sitting room. The hotel concept was nice. It was a busy time so hard to find parking but did like the private parking. Location was perfect with lots of stuff to do in area.

My fridge wasn’t working or plugged in. I had to pull it out of the cubby to plug it in but the plug didn’t work. This was a pretty intensely focused work trip so I didn’t want to deal with calling anyone to come up to work on it or have to bother with switching rooms. After some muscle work I was able to get it running. The smoke alarms kept going off after showering. I had do not disturb sign on my door but someone tried to enter my room during the day when I was working which I found odd. But no other incidents like this. It could use some deeper cleaning but wasn’t terrible. I excused that by everywhere being short staffed these days.

The hotel is located very close to both the Columbus Zoo and waterpark. There are 2 swimming pools to enjoy and lots of outdoor space. The suite room has 2 rooms which is great when traveling with kids and also a fridge. The breakfast, included in our price, is plentiful and well stocked. We also loved that the hotel is dog friendly. Most of the time, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast staff were especially accommodating. The hotel also has plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a great stay!

It was a busy weekend with many events going on so have to keep that in mind. We asked for blankets or towels or sheets to be changed and often it took hours to accommodate these requests. The only other issue is the indoor pool area needed some repair and the main areas could have been a little cleaner.

This hotel was better than I expected. When my family and I pulled up, we were in awe of the beauty of the hotel. From that point on, everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly, the room was the right size for my family, and the atmosphere was nice. There was always somewhere to chill and relax and the location was perfect. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends visiting Columbus.

The only couple of things that I would say stuck out to me was for one, the elevator needs to be updated. I got stuck on it twice. The other thing I would suggest updating as well is the mattresses, they are a bit hard to sleep on. Either issue was not enough to give a bad review, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was a great location, nice suites and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

I was a little disappointed that my booking confirmation stated that "Breakfast is included in the final price" However, when we (4 of us) went down the first morning. The buffet had a sign that said $15 for breakfast. When I went to the front desk to ask the manager about that. He said the my booking probably state that "Breakfast was available" I didn't have my booking confirmation in hand at that time. So all 4 of us that were booked to stay and eat, had to go elsewhere to purchase breakfast that morning. I did later that day took my booking confirmation to the front desk and was awarded 4 food vouchers for the next morning.

Room was very quiet & exceptionally clean; felt spoiled and luxurious: fabulous shower, great view. Loved the tea offered. The desk rep was friendly and sweet, helped with directions to elevator, room. Outdoor pool was fun, family-friendly, and had pool towels Saturday. Good location for walking/jogging.

-First room was smoky; changed upon request (but 2nd wasn't bay window reserved, extra amt removed upon request). -Amount of deposit/hold had $64 added to my cc; removed upon request. -Weren't any clean pool towels Sunday morning and used towels were strewn all over. -Bottled water had to be bought.

the only issue we had was the woman who ran the breakfast area. she was very rude not only to us but we heard her make snarky comments to other guests as well.

I upgraded my reservation so that breakfast would be included in the price; this was highlighted in my booking confirmation as well. We were in town for an early AM appointment at OSU and my husband went downstairs to grab me some toast, yogurt & coffee so I could take my medication. He was told there was a breakfast buffet charge, so he returned to the room with coffee only. As we left the facility I spoke with the front desk & was given a “voucher” for the meal. We asked for (1) to go container because of our time restraint but was told they could not oblige. I stated that I only wanted some toast, a yogurt and a serving of eggs but staff stated “Sorry, no to go but you can grab some fruit if you’d like”. The whole situation was so frustrating- we left the property without breakfast.

we were traveling from out of state which caused our debit cards to have problems and could contact our bank due to the weekend. the desk staffs attitude changed when my card wouldn’t take even though I had a credit card to use. The smoke detector in the room went off every time some one would take a shower. after the first two took a shower and it happened we called the desk. they told us it was a known problem and that it would turn off in a couple mins, so during the next two showers the smoke detectors would go off repeatedly. I feel like this should have been taken care of before using the room since it was already a known problem.
