La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Columbus Airport Area

This hotel was great! The king suite has central air, so no noisy unit built into the wall. The bed was super comfortable and soft. The bathroom was beautifully updated. The TV was large with Direct TV. Location was great, right off the highway. Snacks and drinks were available with great prices at the front desk. The room was very quiet, no hallway or traffic noise at all. Staff was very nice and accommodating!

The only negative thing I can say is that the bedding had cigarette burn holes in it. It was clean and laundered but I was put off by that. Even the mattress pad had burn holes. Most facilities would dispose of bedding with stains or holes.

Breakfast was the typical variety, but good - fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereals, toast. They kept it restocked during the morning. Bed was clean and comfortable, ample number of pillows

One broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom, no additional lock on the inside of the door, crying baby next door (place families farther away from adult parties), driveway needs attention, one outside door didn't work. Because of renovation on the first floor, only second floor rooms were available. There were no lobby signs to follow, so I ended up wandering a bit, including outside, to reach the lobby.

-Room was clean/looked nice & large -Beds were comfy -No foul odors around the hotel -Couch in room was nice to host company -Was able to plug in gaming device to hangout with friends -Continental breakfast was delicious -Nice modern HD tv -Great amount of natural sunlight -Plenty of storage space

-No elevator for anybody (worried about more elderly/disabled/people who need help carrying up their luggage to their room on the upper floor) -Lukewarm shower at most (not really hot water available)

I was pleasantly surprised staying here! I haven't been here in almost 20 years and the upgrades are wonderful. I stayed for a week. The rooms are really nice and the bonus is housekeeping coming everyday. I travel a lot and was recently at Woodspring for a week and never seen housekeeping which was crazy. Anyway LaQuinta earned my thumbs up!

Hot water in the shower seemed really low

The staff (early and late working) were fabulous. They were so nice, nice to talk to, and extremely helpful!

The facilities are a little old, but have been remodeled. Mostly, it looks and feels new, but there are still a few specks of "old", like thin walls and crooked doors. The walls were the worst part as we could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and the room next to us were being beyond loud

The room was clean.bathroom clean.beds comfy. Breakfast area clean and good variety.

My husband was able to come into the room thru our window. Please make sure windows are locked on the first floor. Staff was scarce. During checkin there was a sign on the wall says to ring for service. No bell in sight. Staff arrived in a few minutes and said they were busy. No staff at the checkout either just a sign to leave keys in the basket. I didnt have any issues but if I did have an issue there was no one in sight.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the hardwood floors instead of carpet. The front desk clerk that checked us in when we arrived was awesome. She answered questions, made sure we had everything, and made conversation with us. She was very bubbly and pleasant.

The parking lot really needs to be bigger. The shower handle for the water needed to be fixed.

i didn’t like the area, it was ghetto and ran down. not many food options. the parking lot was pretty shady as well. The AC sometimes didn’t work and would make our room smell stale and feel humid. sometimes the shower would take forever to warm up and the pillows were tiny.

The staff was very friendly. And the bathroom was really nice. Great water pressure and it never got cold. Lots of pillows and clean towels everyday.

The bed was hard as a rock. The breakfast was kinda sad. The hot selection consisted of anemic looking microwaved sausage links. But the raisin bran was good. The parking lot was awful, full of pot holes and crammed packed.

How they changed what type of credit and debit cards they accept now to pay for your reservation and they don't tell you this until you walk in and go to front desk to check in and pay for the night that they stopped accepting any online debt or checking account that's not from a major bank like u.s bank ,chase Bank, PNC Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Huntington Bank, and any card the days pre-paid visa in small letters on the card anywhere or Online debit card/ visa card.
