Breakfast and the open happy hour and the pool is beautiful, good price, staff was professional.

Needed more staff during check in. Line was long but the staff stayed over her shift to make sure everyone got checked in There was a pitcher bug in the room crawling on the headboard The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the bar thru the mattress. I'm a thicker woman but not overweight. Thin mattress and it was dirty underneath the couch where you pull the mattress out.

We stay here when any of the family is in St Ann’s hospital giving birth or for surgeries, etc. We live about an hour away so this makes sense for us to stay close by during these times. We love the staff here especially Amelia & the second shift manager (I forget his name). We also LOVE the pool & can’t wait for our next visit in August when the outdoor pool will be open. Breakfast is AMAZING as well!

Nothing, it’s wonderful! The floor around the pool could use an update but I’m sure that’s coming soon.

The staff was so nice and friendly!!!!! I got married on August 19th 2023. We stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon From the moment me and my husband walked in.... We was taking care of like a queen and king!!!! The room was clean and smelled really good.. NICE!!! WE REALLY ENJOYED

Too many gnats around the bar and kitchen area. We couldn't enjoy the food and drinks some time. The food and drinks were delicious

The staff was very helpful, and extremely friendly. They regularly engaged us when we encountered them! The hot buffet was good also, and the staff there was great!

The televisions are old and need brought up to date. The selection of channels was average and hard to find. One of the televisions in our room was actually a computer monitor, which cut off some of the screen. The queen size bed was small, but comfortable.

This was my second stay at this hotel! The rooms are awesome, big bathroom. Loved the breakfast, our reason for choosing this hotel again.

The pool hours were short and by the time we got to go down there were kids running all around unsupervised throwing towels and splashing water on everyone.

Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the Manager’s Reception every evening was a really nice surprise. i love that they also serve food so we didn’t have to go out for dinner. The dinner food we had was great and they had a wide variety of food.

The king mattress was not super comfortable but it wasn’t horrible.

Beautiful hotel, great atrium, and responsive staff. The breakfast was fantastic with anything me or my family could want, including an omelet bar. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

A family reunion overran the pool area making the tile slick, and were dumping mulch and rocks from the landscaping into the pool. We were still able to enjoy swimming, but the experience was less enjoyable because of the crowded event with minimal adult supervision.

Breakfast buffet was delicious and we also enjoyed the omletes made fresh infront of us. The evening reception was nice each night with drinks and snacks. They also have a caesar salad that was amazing at their on-site restaurant. The staff were friendly and the first place I know of that offers fans for the rooms.

Everything was great. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Stayed here for an anime convention and this hotel was pretty nice, never had an issue with an Embassy Suite and will book here again in the summer. The pool is also one of the larger ones I've seen with an outdoor connecting one, kids will love it.

Loved the layout of the room, having a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was excellent. Great options. Very friendly staff.

We had a king bed and it was too soft for us. Our backs hurt and we had trouble sleeping. We just happen to need a firmer mattress.
