Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade

Breakfast on location was good, staffers were super polite and efficient, the room interior as well as the entire building was immaculately clean and absolutely beautiful. The hotels location is perfect for exploring in all directions. My only "complaint" would be that the fridge in the room is tiny and there was no bathroom fan. I loved everything else and would definitely book here again.

I love the architecture of this landmark building, and the location is perfect for downtown Cleveland visits. But the staff is EXEMPLARY! From checking in to valet parking, they were all amazing except housekeeping..

The first room we were placed in was so dirty and appeared to have not had attention to it in months. For the price I expected so much more. Just because the building is historic has nothing to do with cleanliness. Our bathroom actual had the remnants of a previous guest...pretty gross. We asked to be moved and the 2nd room in a busier part of the hotel that the associate advised was an upgrade was just as unkempt. The housekeeper we had to hunt down seemed bothered we asked to have our bathroom cleaned. And she didn't even wear gloves which in itself was off putting. The amount of hair ( I am far from a blonde), stained shower curtain and substance on the walls..there was no other hotel available due to so many events we just made due.

perfect location for downtown Cleveland. Close to all kinds of activities to do. atmosphere was absolutely incredible. staff was so friendly and helpful. valet was quick, professional and on time. so many things to do inside the hotel as well which was awesome. Room service was quick and delicious. The rooms were quiet and you wouldn’t even be able to tell anyone else was there with how nice the noise canceling was. There was a wedding going on during our stay and you would have never known. the room was perfect, clean, huge ceilings, huge smart tv, the water pressure was on point in the shower. also had an ironing board and iron. life saver. the hotel was very eye pleasing and we will be back again. thank you to the incredible staff.

honestly we loved everything

I loved how historic the building looked, it was very beautiful. The staff were amazing! Truly exceptional. The location is within walking distance of some key touristy attractions. The rooms were nice too. They do offer valet service for $39, but I would only use the valet service if you plan on driving anywhere. We walked everywhere so we just kept our car in the parking garage, which was $40 for a full day/ overnight.

We booked a King size bed, and the room they put us in had a bed that had to be a Full or a smaller Queen. The staff were AMAZING though, and graciously moved us to another room. The only other issues we encountered was the parking garage was loud at night (I fixed with ear plugs) and everything was closed on Monday, including room service. Try to travel on any other day but Monday in Cleveland!

Beautiful facility restored 1890 building. Intricate metal work everywhere! Excellent valet service! Woman at checkout was excellent. Location was great for walking downtown.

Our room was on the Western side of the building near the parking ramp so horns and car sounds were noticed. Closing lids on dumpsters slammed loudly whenever someone used them. Guy at check-in was difficult to understand. Spoke softly and not clearly.

The arcade that houses the hotel is beautiful - a site seeing spot that you can sleep in. Rooms feel like little apartments. Restaurant is very good. Room was extremely clean- close to the sites in Cleveland.

The view out of the windows was of a parking garage that was very noisy. Strange people wandering in the streets- but that’s a Cleveland problem not a hotel problem.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We loved that we were centrally located around anything we could have wanted.

There were a few things that were not in great working condition like the broken toilet seat and toilet paper holder. We could have used a couple more towels and a microwave in our room. As I was on a liquid diet for a visit to the Clinic and could not warm anything up.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. You’re in walking distance to major tourist attractions, sports stadiums, restaurants and more.

love the location and the interior was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable and accommodating to myself and my family, the coffee shop downstairs, Rising Star, much better than a Starbucks and the staff we dealt with was very friendly

I understood that there was a wedding that day and it would be loud but it went to almost 2am and made it hard for some of us, including my 4 year old grandson to sleep

There was no breakfast. Excellent location. We used valet parking and walked everywhere. The location was excellent for walking.
