The layout worked out wonderfully for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the TV's in all rooms was great, even though we don't do much watching TV. The kitchen being stocked with plates bowls and cups and dishwasher was great as well

I feel like the tub should have been cleaned out before I got there. There was shampoo residue in both tubs and I had to clean them out myself. I also think that short stays need housekeeping as well. In addition, I got sticker shock on the deposit because on Booking .Com stayed 150 and then I got to this property and it was 250.

Value for money. I travelled from Australia to attend exam at prometric centre close by. very convenient location for prometric. Bit far from city but I will probably stay at this place and travel to city by Uber/taxi. Room had all amenities, kitchen, stove, microwave, utensils. Highly recommended for short term as well as long term accommodation

Coffee making machine in the room was challenging to operate. Should be replaced with simple kettle. Room should be provided with milk sachets for coffee, tea.

Suites are clean, spacious and well appointed with cooking facilities (including stove and microwave), with onsite parking available. Hot breakfast is provided, with standard (and quite satisfactory) offerings. Location is some distance from downtown but only a short drive to restaurants and shopping centres.

Nothing, except to note that building renovation works are ongoing as at late October 2024 (but had minimal impact on our stay).

Excellent spacious king room with full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Breakfast sitting area is pretty big with decent variety of options.

Room was right next to a basketball court and some kids were shooting baskets pretty early in the morning which was a bit noisy. There are no elevators so request a 1st floor unit if you don't want to lug suitcases up the stairs. Fitness center is too tiny.

Great space for price. Staff was great. Normally, hotels creep me out and I have issues with cleanliness, but this was fantastic.

I wish there were an ice machine in each building. For my room in particular (2011) the toilet ran and I had to take the tank lid off to fix the seal and the light was VERY dim in the bathroom. I tried to use the phone to call about ice and the button that said "front desk" didn't work.

My grandson and I was totally impressed with our stay at the Sonesta ES Suites in Cincinnati. The room was designed so I had my bedroom/bathroom and so did my grandson and he was extremely happy to also have his own TV. It was great to have a kitchen with everything you would need, the living room was nice size, heard no noises outside, very comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection and the pool area was nice and relaxing for me, grandson had fun swimming. The whole property was very clean and rooms were one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Staff was all very friendly and helpful when I asked some questions. I will for sure return to this location when I need a place to stay while in Cincinnati and will research if other places I will travel to will have a hotel like this, I was that impressed!!😊

There was nothing I did not like.

Ideal set up for a family on an extended stay. The kitchen gave us all the tools we needed to do what we needed. Also, the staff (particularly Roxy and Yanin) were amazing.

There was construction going on. Also, the place is a bit dated. Finally, some of the remotes didn’t work and some of the kitchen ware was almost ready to be replaced.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was located within walking distance of restaurants and some of the attractions. The suite had all of the amenities that I would expect, including kitchen untensils.

What I didn't like was the lack of parking spaces in the garage. The spaces that are there were small and parking was very tight. I also didn't like that the desk clerk had to buzz you in and out of the garage. If the clerk stepped away for some reason, then you had to wait for their return.

Clean room and common areas. Excellent staff. Full breakfast with many options: eggs, sausage or bacon, home fries, oatmeal, bagels, and much more. Easy parking. Easy access to interstates. Breakfast at 6:30 or a few minutes earlier.

bring your own hangers because sometime they are short.

Very very spacious! Loved the rooms. It was more than accommodating and had a lot of extra amenities. They thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and convenient! Check-in staff were amazing. She gave great recommendations and was very welcoming.

The breakfast lady was kind of rude and annoyed. Made it really uncomfortable to explore the breakfast options. We did find 3 spiders in the room my daughter's were using. I think they were already doing pest control there so we didn't make a big deal.
