breakfast was good. laundry facility was good. bed very comfortable.
had requested ground floor, ended up on 2nd floor. had to go downstairs for ice and vending. hockey families staying at hotel did not supervise their children. the kids were running up and down the halls, water everywhere from their running to and from the pool. the parents were all sitting outside, drinking and smoking, never once checked on their children. complained to management twice with no results. finally told the kids, myself, that if they didn't stop, i would call the police. it was 10:30 at night. they got the message.

The landscape of the property and free breakfast serves everyday. I love the pool area. The room was soo clean and the beds are supa soft. The front Desk staff are soooo polite. Especially the lady with locks that works the night/morning shift. All the hotel staff and manager were very helpful and informative. Any problems I had were resolved immediately.
when I arrived, elevator didn't work so my family and I had to carry our bags to the 3rd floor by stairs. Then when we got to the room, the card wouldn't open the door because the lock was broken. In the morning, the pancake machine was broken so I couldn't get hot breakfast. The orange Juice was made with too much water therefore it tasted like orange Gatorade. The two computers did not work properly and one of the key boards are missing buttons.

The fact the excessive room had grab handles everywhere for bathroom. The towels were thick with two sides instead of one. 😆 Clean, loaded with towels, toilet paper. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast had potatoes and cut sausage. Expected eggs, and bacon though. Water pressure was packing to shower. It wasn't an inconvenience just surprise.

Spacious room, great bathroom and towels. Everything was very clean and worked! It was quiet and we slept very well! Pillows were comfortable. Wifi was better than many.
The breakfast area was a disappointment. No forks, spoons, knives. None. Almost nothing to choose from for breakfast. And we were there within the stated available time. Coffee was fine. The area was clean.

Great location, quiet area, close to restaurants, highway exits, stores, etc. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was quite comfortable.
Unfortunately other guests were not that respectful and played loud music upstairs while the alarm on a phone was going off at 0230 in the morning. Ä° did call the front desk who took care of the alarm issue.

Staff was very nice. They bumped my room up to a suite a no extra charge because my original room wasn't cleaned yet at the time I checked in. I didn't even ask for that so that was great customer service!
To be honest I wasn't a big fan of the bed. It wasn't very comfortable. Also, an extra blanket in the room would have been nice. Even with the heat turned to a reasonable temp, it still felt cold while in bed.

We had a member of our family at Essentia Health doing procedures, only 1 member of the family could be with him. So it was nice to be able to check out at Noon. The rest of us (2) were able to stay in the room. Also he was able to come back and sleep a bit before driving 4 hours home. We were treated very well, with staff following what was advertised of noon checkout, by not disturbing us and allowing us the time.
Refrgerator had a high pitch hum, beds were extremely hard and bathroom door squeaks, but room was very clean and updated. Just a little maintenance needed. Room 332

huge rooms and the beds were super comfy. also in a great area and everything we did was within 10 minutes of our hotel! staff were great and helped us with anything we needed!
there were a couple pieces of hair (kinda looked like dog hair) in the windowsill

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious.
Staff not accommodating when we wanted to stay another day, so we checked into another hotel. We had to ask the front desk for access to the pool, instead of just being able to access it with our keycard. Very annoying.
