I enjoy this facility. It’s quiet and clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I have managed several hotels and I must say this one has great management/ownership
I had an incident that I’d rather not post but pay a little closer to your check in process. In your down time print out a vacant ready list and check them.this is old school but very much still needed. Prevents surprises for your guest. This process needs to be done at least twice on each shift especially with high check in volumes. Other than that the place is great. And the front desk associate that checked me in Thank you sir for your above and beyond service of trying to correct the problem.

Love the location. All the staff was helpful and polite. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. He made me feel comfortable! I really appreciate the help and his attention to me and our needs. May he be Blessed!! Thank you!

Had a parking spot for Veterans gave great advice on where to eat at a local restaurant. Staff very very very friendly and courteous. Staff was available at all times. One of the nicest and clean where I have stayed.

Side door to go in and out the building was not kept locked, this could pose as a safety issue. Maybe it's locked at a certain time, not sure.

Holiday Inn canceled my reservation. So I booked them and got there 20 minutes early only was staying there for a few hours until I had to catch a flight. And they waived my security deposit. Great staff and clean hotel.
